Called and made an appt. yesterday. They gave us a window from 5-8. Sat there and waited. No call/ no show. I didn't want to believe the bad reviews but I am glad this happened before we gave them thousands of dollars for a new unit!
if you are desperate and have no other options, stop, go to the store and get yourself a block of ice and a fan, because this group of clowns will definitely ruin your house. There is not a single person that works for this company that has a clue as to what they are doing. I have personally watched them destroy my neighbors house with reroutes and shotty worksman ship for the past 6 weeks. That is not a typo, 6 weeks of them showing up everyday attempting to "repair" a damaged system in a 8 yr old house. I have counted roughly 8 different vehicles and each has had a minimum of 2 guys. I have literally seen houses built entirely with less people. I felt obligated to warn everyone, as I cannot believe my neighbors have put up with it for this long. Do yourself the favor and get a reputable company. This company is a mess.
Give 1 star because I need to write a review. PLEASE DONOT USE THIS COMPANY... They told me $ 19 dollars to fix my air, the air after the tech left was blowing warm air. I called them back they told me that I was playing with the air and disconnect cables????? if I will know how to mess with AC won't call them , he said he fix it again and left .. the air was still blowing hot air. I called the company THE RUDEST PEOPLE I TOLD THEM THE SITUATION I HAVE A SENIOR AT HOME THE HOUSE WAS 87 DEGREES THEY ASK ME FOR $59 DOLLARS TO COME BACK ..PLACE ME IN HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND JUST HUNG UP THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED BACK. THE WORST PEOPLE.. NO HEART WITH A SENIOR AT HOME THIS IS NOT HUMAN..... THE LIFE WILL PAY THEM WITH THE SAME COIN.... I LOST $ 100.00... PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!...... life will charge them.........
We've been without A/C for two days. The owner of the house that we are currently renting from contacted this company and scheduled an appointment. They originally told us they would Arrive between 9 and 5 pm and then changed the window from 5 until 9pm. I called twice to ensure we were scheduled and was told twice that we were and the tech would soon arrive. It's now 8:55pm and I have this horrible feeling that we will go another night with no A/C and based on the other reviews I doubt these guys will show. This is the worst customer experience and very unprofessional. No one should have to experience a hot house in 100 degree weather, especially in Florida!!! I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Do not use Palm Bay air/heat for a-c repairs. They charged us for repairs that weren’t necessary and never fixed the problem after 5 trips out. Had to call in a Second company to repair the a/c
Worst company ever. Stole my money. Ripped my unit apart troubleshooting..incorrectly diagnosed problem and told.me I needed a new unit. I brought in a third party who replied their damage, fixed original problem and charged me nest to nothing. Palm Bay Air refused to refund my money....I hope they.choke on it...bunch of dishonest incompetent thieves. See yang in small claims!!!!!
Horrible company and customer service. Took four days for us to finally even get in contact with them. Asked to speak to manager, was put on hold for remainder of call. Were waiting on a part that never came in after being told multiple days and times that they would be there to fix it. Don't waste your time and money. They require a deposit before further progression.
Do not call these people they do not know what they are doing a/c went out on Sat called them Monday service guy came out said my blowing motor was bad replaced with a motor that should not be in my unit checked the unit freon said all good a/c worked for a night stopped blowing cold they came back out said I needed a new unit called a great a/c guy he came out recharged the unit with freon changed the thermostat and said that was my problem from the beginning
These guys did a great job installing a unit very humble and professional crew. They explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. The work they did was impeccable. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We called this company for a repair and they gave us a 3 hour window to be at our house. They said the technicians would call when they were 10-15 minutes away. Never called, just showed up and rang the doorbell. They told us we needed a part and would call us first thing in the morning to let us know if they would be able to get it (a weekend issue). Still no call at 10:45 the next morning so I called them back. They said the part we needed was special and they could only get it until 11:30 if they had our permission. We said yes so they said they would get it and be at our house between 12-3 in the afternoon. 3:15 rolls around and of course there is no word from them so we call again. They didn't get the part and weren't even able to make it to the house at all! So I guess they were never going to call and expected us to sit around all day waiting. All the while they had precharged our card over $300 for work they didn't even come to do! I'll never deal with this company again. I hope this review helps at least one person to choose a different company...
