My heater quit working and I called Palmbay air and heat out and Jimmy and Larry came out and did a great job.

I called them to come out and give me a quote for a new unit as mine died on me. When they got to my house there were two guys; one smelled horribly of weed and the other told me his license is suspended because he doesnt pay his tickets. They were both very unprofessional. I am glad that I did some research on this company before going with them. If it wasn't for these techs beings so bad I wouldnt have known how bad this place really is. F on BBB.

I went with Able air and got a Carrier unit. The rep from Able was clean cut and very professional. The two techs that came out to do the job were nice and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the job was done well.

Palm Bay Air and Heat is just like the other A/C companies is a parts rip off.

I was charged triple what the part would had cost me purchasing it elsewhere and putting it in. The summer's are brutal and they know it
so they come out and charge outrageous fees to get your air working.

This place is only 8 min from my house, although the technician was very
knowledgeable and nice, I am not happy with the charges. Get ready to bend over with no vaseline if you use this company.

If no stars was a choice I'd pick that.
Plan on spending about $200 more than they tell you up front. You should definitely go to a different Air and heat company. The worst customer service around. They got halfway through the job and demand a cash payment before finishing. If this was the very last A/C company on earth id die of heat stroke before call this liar again. John is the head man in charge. He's the biggest liar of them all.

I’m having a complete remove and replace of all the duct work in my home today. And these guys are great!
Their attitude and overall work ethic in this heat is unreal! Super friendly and going way above even my expectations!
I would recommended this company and especially this crew to anyone!

Had a new system installed back in July. A 3.5 ton York to replace a 3 ton Goodman. Much quieter, runs a lot less, and has kept our home a lot more comfortable this summer. Cooler house with a lower power bill, and less noise outside my home office. Thank you for recommending the upsize.

HORRIBLE !!! DO NOT USE IF YOU DO BEWARE Service= They drove to your house.... You will be instructed to sign service call immediately. Our realtor paid for all necessary work to be done before we arrived at home we just purchased. The owner assured her all is in working order. Just a few hours after arriving we noticed the return motor was not shutting off. Called and paid $89 for him to come on the next day. Same story all good give it time. I tried to explain motor still runs. Service man comes on Friday doesn't know what's wrong tried a part replacement didn't work and told me to look on the bright side I wouldn't get charged for a service call. Never have heard from them again. Had Island Air come and repair needed was obvious and completed. DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP OF SERVICE CALLS!!!!

We had a Terrible experience a few years back went for years without ac working propery after they installed and they had to come yearly to add freon to the damn thing told us it was because we didnt change the filter it was washable and we cleaned it monthly what does a freon leak have to do with a filter other than back pressure? We asked for a new unit and they said we didn't need it, eventually it wouldn't hold charge for more than a week. We went with some back door company for a.c. and they replaced our unit and even left the old one for us to scrap and get the money for l can't remember the name of the company we used but they also installed my grandmothers unit and hers still works to this day and as does the other one they put in. We've since sold the house and have had no complaints about the a/c even drove by and the same unit is still outside and sounds healthy.
Hope you guys choke on the money you rip hard working people off with.

The worst company you can choose. Office staff is completely disorganized. Can't keep thier billing straight. I had a apartment building they were working on during a remodel. They would send out techs that had no idea what they were doing and never during the times they were supposed to show. My GC told me to boot them off the job and thankfully I did. I wish I would have read all the awful reviews before I let them work on my project.

Trust me, go somewhere else.

35 days without AC now. Multiple repairs, parts MIA. They never call back to give updates as they say they will. Completely unprofessional. Only reason I give them 2 stars is half the blame has to go to the property management team as well. Called another ac company and they can get the part expedited in 3 days and yet we've been waiting 3 weeks.
