I called at 11:00AM with my outside compressor not working. I paid extra for the rapid response, they were out in about 45 minutes. I had the option to wait till later in afternoon without any charge, I didn't want to wait. I talked to Lisa, who took care of everything for me. They even called to let me know the Tech was on his way. When the Tech showed up, the had the problem diagnosed within minutes. It took about 30 minutes total to get me back up and running. I personally am very pleased with their service and will use them again when needed. I found them through my next door neighbor who also said he was very happy with their work. I understand not everyone will be happy with the person they hire sometimes, but in my case, I'm happy and glad I picked them.

People, I honestly don’t have time to list every way that this company absolutely failed. Just please, if you know what’s good for you, DO NOT go near this company with a ten foot pole. Even if you have a supposed “warranty” with them, just don’t.

Easily the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They are unorganized and are not the quickest to get your AC back up and in service as they claim on their website (it took them a week to fix our leak). Save yourself, your time, and your money and go elsewhere as you will need to constantly call them and stay on top of them to get them to fix an AC unit they installed less than 2 years ago.

For those still hesitant and want the full story:
Called them on a Sunday to let them know that our AC is out (in the summer months of Florida). They came out that day, put in Freon, and the technician told us "I'm too busy to find and fix the leak today."

We made a follow-up appointment on Wednesday. The appointment was from 3-5pm. They never showed up. We called and the operator explained they were "behind" on schedule and we are "on the list." We called FOUR more times that day to find the same answer. Finally, I called that night and the operator tried telling me they had already come out earlier that day (they never did). Then they tried blaming us saying "why did you call this late?" We explained we have been calling just about every hour and they had "no idea" and stated it was "too late" to come out. At this point our house was at 90 degrees inside. They "set us up" for the earliest time the next morning between 10-1. I asked if we can have the earliest slot and they said "they cannot guarantee it."

Fast forward to the next day, they didn't come until 12:30pm (no rush to this appointment even though they completely skipped the appointment the previous day). They found the leak and stated they could not fix it without the owner present (as we had someone waiting there as we couldn't take yet another day off work to sit in a hot house). We called and they said the technician already left. They claimed they would call the technician to see what needed to be fixed and get right back to us. We had to call EVERY HOUR for the next three hours before they told us they couldn't fix it until tomorrow. Granted - each time we called, they had no idea who we were and what we were calling about.

The supervisor was unhelpful and did not have much empathy or care for the lack of professionalism across the company.

WANNA THANK BOB THAT TOOK MY CALL AND JOHN THE TECH WHO CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TODAY AND GOT MY AC GOING I LOST MY AC LAST NIGHT DUE TO A CAPACITOR CALLED THEM THIS MORNING HAD JOHN THE TECH COME WITHIN THE HOUR TO CHECK MY UNIT THAT'S SERVICE RIGHT THERE THANK YOU

Palm Bay Heat & Air installed a brand new complete ac system. I am totally impressed with the work they did . They were all very professional. They explained all the necessary work involved in the process of my new installation for a/c heat system. I would use them again and plan to use them for their maintenance program. They were amazing. I would recommend them highly.

I’ve personally used Palm Bay Air and Heat on three different occasions and they solved my problems every time. I personally work in sales and know what it takes to make a customer completely satisfied. Air conditioning systems are the hardest thing to sell in a 100 degree climate, exceptionally when you have salt air corrosion in Melboure beach. Palm Bay Air gives exceptional quality at a well below fair price considering I had 5 quotes with the lowest one at $1500 above my quote from them. Thank you for your services as it’s much appreciated and you’ve been amazing at servicing my families home!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I BOUGHT A NEW UNIT FROM THEM MY UNIT IS LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD ITS NOT WORKING AND THEY WANT 240.00 TO SEE IF ITS LEAKING! It's all new equipment! How could it be anything else! Update they still dont have the part to fix our unit! It's nothing but payback for this review! We were told multiple dates the unit to repair would be in still nothing! Stay tuned... UPDATE! today we had appt to repair unit and now they cant come! My husband is a veteran 20 years I have a 2 year old my ac has been off in this heat and they dont care! Do not use this company! Update Now we were told we get what we pay for!! Stay tuned

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They installed an air conditioner at my place over a year ago. Unfortunately, THEY didn't know that they had to have engineered drawings for this type of installation. When THEY finally got around to closing out the permit, 6 months later, the city asked for the engineered drawings which of course, they did not have. So, they told me I would have to pay $500. I offered to pay for half but they said no. So now, over a year since the installation, I still have an open permit. This is straight up blackmail!! You better hope they get it right if they do an installation for you because they WILL NOT do the honorable thing and pay for THEIR mistake. Oh, AND less than a year after the unit was installed, the capacitor blew. It was probably under warranty but I paid someone to fix it rather than having to deal with these guys again!!!

They were at my home within an hour! Professional and curtious service! I will use them again! I did use them again however they miss diagnosed the problem and wound up refunding me the mo ey. The tech was very nice that came out and the woman that is the office manager was the sweetest. She made sure my concerns were addressed and resolved! My a/c is running today but not because of palm bay air and heat!

Palm Bay Air and Heat came to our house at 10am to install a new unit and didn’t finish until 6pm. Mind you we had like 7 guys at our house to do maybe a 2 man job and should only take 4-5hrs to complete if it was done the correct way. We have a 2300sq ft home which should have a 4 to 4 1/2 ton condenser/air handler installed but instead put in a 3 1/2 ton unit which is too small for the house to begin with. They should have known better. The guys were very unprofessional and were screaming and yelling at each other in our garage, so badly that it scared my child. Our AC was just installed 3 days ago and we already have a leak in the AC. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone!
