I’m only given credit where credits due! The two guys Josh and Ricky had a job from hell! I live in an older home they were replacing and air conditioner and had to cut a wall to replace the new air handler it wasn’t easy they were both so patient and never gave up kept apologizing for the mess from the wall they had to tear out! Spent a full day at my house and did an awesome job thank you both🙏🏻

These guys were the only ones to answer the phone at 11:07pm on a week night. Had my doubts because of the reviews, but I am glad to say that the response time was excellent. They had my outside capacitor replaced and cold air blowing by 12:10am. The crew was conscientious of my young children sleeping and barely made a sound. Thank you once agiain!

DO NOT USE PALM BAY AIR AND HEAT! They are very rude and will not return phone calls. I purchased a brand new A/C from them and it keeps my house at 82 when I have it set at 74. I took a day off of work for the city inspection and they forgot to even schedule the inspection. I have had nothing but problems with them.

Palm Bay Air and Heat is rated F in the BBB for a reason. They replaced our unit and we found out 5 years later when the inside unit froze and quit blowing air that PB Air and Heat did not follow code or pull a permit. They are crooks. We had to pay $2200 to fix and bring up to code. We went with FL Breeze. Night and day experience. We love Florida Breeze staff and their great work.

Ac tech just left after being late for his 3hour window and had a bad attitude!!!Meanwhile house got to 95 and one of my gerbils died from heat stroke. Call someone else not them. Only good reviews are from friends or relatives. Called to complain and they left me on hold and still on hold as I type. Been 15minutes

There’s a reason they have more 1 star reviews than they’ll ever have of 5’s star reviews. Guy on the phone this morning was rude and sounded high on opiates (judging by other reviews that’s not unlikely).
They don’t care about you, only making money.

Can't say enough about Palmbay Air and Heat Best experience ever 👍 Technicians were professional, knowledgeable and explained the whole process, not to mention a great A/C unit at an affordable price. Highly recommend this company A+

Our A/C Unit was 14 year old and at the middle of the day we can feel it stop keeping up. We started looking around for the best price on a Goodman! Palm Bay Air & Heat had the "Best Price" and was able to install the next day. Thanks Guys!!!

I recently bought a home in Palm Bay and hired this company to do some repairs on my AC. The 4 STAR RATING Is FOR JUSTIN, ONLY! The workers arrived and Justin was clearly the only one who wasn’t high! He kept the other guys on task, and his frustration reflected mine. The job got done, thanks to Justin! This company should hire more client motivated workers, like Justin, and stay away from the Dope fiends!

I have been sitting here in 90+ degree temps with NO REPAIR for this defective piece of garbage AC purchased Aug 2014 that hasn't ran right from the get go! They have known it was defective and had a freon leak somewhere? since Oct 2014. They were supposed to replace the inside unit(they diagnosed the problem as defective coils) in Oct 2014. Still waiting!!!!!!!I It is now July 2015 and my 1 year warranty on parts and labor runs out soon. They have been here approximately 10 times this year for the same problem. They have made no attempt to fix the problem. All they have done is put in more freon. NO TESTS FOR LEAK. Unit does not cool. Thermostat set on 78. Temperature 86. Just shut it off and opened doors. I have COPD and NO AIR CONDITIONING. I paid almost $4,000 for this unit. Have cool air for about 4 to 5 days after they put freon in it and then I suffer until I can get them back out here again. Sometimes they take weeks to get back to me. Have asked for the owner to return my call more than a dozen times. NO FIX FOR THE DEFECTIVE AIR CONDITIONER! I'm sure when my warranty runs out they will want to charge me for a service call and freon. It's a scam! I have left them 3 options to resolve this nightmare. 1. Come and get your ac and give me a refund. 2. Replace this LEMON with a unit that works properly. or 3. FIX this one and give me a written 1 yr warranty on parts and labor when you fix it. So when the one I have now until August runs out your cannot charge me for a service call and freon everytime you come out, if it is not FIXED PROPERLY. I would really prefer the first option of a full refund, I really need an AC that works. This has been very detrimental to my health. My calls now go straight voicemail and no one returns them. It's a scam! You have been warned!
