We had to replace 2 AC units for our home. Talked to a number of contactors and felt North Pole offered the best service at a competitive price. Lisandro was genuine and honest from the get go. He did a thorough job with the initial inspection and took time to explain to us the details. The estimates included all the details about the job, equipment, etc. Other contractors didn't come close. He was very responsive to our inquiries, maintained great communication, and did an exceptional job from start to finish. You can shop around but I highly recommend you to give Lisandro an opportunity.

I called Lisandro with North Pole A/C to check out a leaking A/C unit, he diagnosed the issue as a cracked drain pan and was able to fix the issue and get it up and running once again. Lisandro was fantastic! Even though he and his team were fully booked for the day, he found a way to make it to our house and resolve our problem quickly and efficiently. He did a great job of explaining the issue, how to prevent the problem going forward, and then went through in detail all of the testing and comments on his sheet and invoice. Signed up for the maintenance program, great value! We are new homeowners and wanted to be proactive. Lisandro came over and thoroughly checked our system, turns out the previous owner wasn't doing much maintenance. He spent a good amount of time making sure our pipe was not clogged and fixing other little things. He also explained everything and told us things we could do ourselves. Thank you so much Lisandro!
