I have used north pole since 2015 on my previous home for maintenance and Repairs and now on this new one Unfortunately my A/C thermal expansion valve stopped working (Luckily it was still under warranty). I went ahead and called Lisandro and very quickly he found the problem and advised that the part needed to be order. We schedule the repair for the following day and after 2:30 hours of him working hard my A/C is working like a champ. I definitely Recommend Lisandro the quality of his work speaks for itself.

I've been dealing with North Pole air conditioning for approximately 2 1/2 years now , from repairing an old unit to having a complete system installed , Lisandro does not treat you like a customer he treats you like family . Extremely professional , knowledgeable , his work is top notch , fast , clean , great prices and always available , he will not let you down and is always in constant communication . Good honest service at a good price. You cannot get better than that. I called North Pole on the recommendation of a family member and I'm glad I did. Called this morning with no air, and now working perfectly. Lisandro took the time to explain everything, along with suggestions to keep the system in top shape. The price was very reasonable as well.

Update - Once again Lisandro did a wonderful job with our AC system. He cares about the service he provides and takes pride in a job well done. I continue to impressed.

I had been told by several other companies that the unit needed to be replaced. Lisandro said “ sometimes a good repairman can save the day”. He told me what was wrong with the unit and that he thought he could get our heat pump repaired, he said he would be back the next business day. He came back as scheduled right on-time and repaired our heat pump. He did just what he said he would do when he said he would do it for below the originally estimate!

He was very thorough, he checked temperature readings, pressure readings, electrical connections. He referenced superheating and charts to be sure we had the right amount of refrigerant. He cleaned up the unit and documented all the information on the service ticket.

Lisandro came by next day after I contacted him, he was on time and provided a notice when he was on his way. Upon arriving quickly identified the issue with my air handler (motor went bad). After giving me the options to repair/ replace etc he was able to pick up the part and fix everything same day. While he was at it he went the extra mile by cleaning the outside of the unit (never looked better), made sure everything was working, and identified then fixed a set up issue with my smart thermostat that was programmed incorrectly. Will be the first call I make in the future for any heating and AC issues.

I'm glad I went with North Pole those many years ago. I get the yearly maintenance and the Bryant unit I bought at that time has been dependable and great investment and working very good. We look forward to the yearly maintenance because Lisandro brings his passion with him. He enjoys what he does and I admire someone like that. Lisandro is a thorough professional. His service is beyond excellent. He thoroughly checked all the air-conditioning units and heating units. He even troubleshooted an existing problem for no extra charge. He talks through the whole service just to explain what he’s doing. He never cut any corners. He is one of the very few I have met with, who takes utmost care in delivering the best customer service. He takes his time. Does not rush through anything. I am thoroughly impressed. He is worth every penny. I would go with him again and would highly recommend.

After several attempts (from other companies) to fix the leak resulting from my AC Unit, I decided to call the north pole air conditioning. I found them on google and i'm glad I did! Lissandro was very responsive, informative, and honest. Immediately I felt a difference in the service when compared to other vendors, but out of caution I decided to wait some time to see if the issue persisted before I wrote a review on it...I'm glad to say we have no longer have an issue! I will use Lissandro for any future issues, I appreciated his service!

Lisandro is amazing. He is the owner and takes pride in his work. He's very honest and he's not kidding when he says that every customer is like part of the family. My thermostat was broken and I was sure it needed to be replaced. Instead he fixed it which saved me a bundle of money.

We had our old AC unit replaced in 2017 by North Pole Air. They gave us the best service and were very affordable. Expert professional installation. Last week we switched on the air after it had not been in use for a few weeks. It would not cool. We called Lisandro who informed us that he had a full schedule for the day, however he would be out first thing in the morning. Imagine our surprise when about 4pm we get a text that he could be there in 45 minutes to see what he could do. He was very concerned that we would be comfortable in our home, as I have some health concerns. He diagnosed our AC unit and fixed the problem and arranged for a warranty part replacement. This is an added bonus that few other companies would offer. He returned the following Tuesday to service our system and provide a thorough cleaning of both the inside and outside components. He also explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. We strongly recommend North Pole and Lisandro for any AC installation or service needed. Throughout the whole process Lisandro was very friendly and informative. We will continue him for all our future AC needs.
