Lisandro is a true expert at his craft. He helped my fiancé and I with speed and skill. When his first attempt at our AC repair required follow-up, he diagnosed and fixed at very fair pricing. He’s also personable and friendly - a family man. Why would we ever go with anyone else!? This company is a local gem.

My outside A/C unit stopped working. Called a well known company and they came out and said my unit was garbage and I needed to replace the whole thing…inside and out. He was very sketchy so I found Lisandro on Google maps and gave him a try. He was super nice from the beginning and was trying to help me on the phone without even coming here. When he did come here he checked my system and found a wire that was shorting out the system. We have A/C again and I couldn’t be happier. It’s rare to find honest repair people these days. However, Lisandro is definitely one that you can trust. Thank you for the work 🙏

Lisandro deserves 100 stars... This guy is the most professional hvac repairman we have ever worked with. We are so pleased with him, he walked us through each detail. I feel more knowledgeable about my a/c than ever. He corrected a problem that was created by the installers 4 years ago (and we have had 5 other repairmen). Thank you and job well done!!!!

Extremely satisfied by the responsiveness, technical knowledge, professionalism and top-notch service. We have been having issues with our unit and others have come to correct but their work did not last long. Lisandro performed a thorough diagnostic that led to the issue impacting our old unit (Carrier). Then he walked me through the issues and proceeded to correct once I agreed to. Lisandro was also very transparent with the service costs. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any issues you have with your unit. I am already planning to use their maintenance program. Absolutely great job!

Our heating system has been broken for 3 years straight and no one was able to fix the problem. We've have technicians tell us it was everything from A-Z when they just wanted to make a quick dollar. Lissandro from North Pole AC came immediately, was on time, professional, knew exactly how to diagnose/fix the problem. Was in and out super fast and efficiently. He cares about you and the job done the right way, he was extremely knowledgable and I can confidently say he will be our GOTO for anything AC related as long as we live here in Orlando. Dont think twice just call Lissandro and he will come fix whatever problem you have!

I can't begin to express what a great experience we had with Lisandro. He is honest, decent, and fair. He is also very knowledgeable about what he does and explains everything to you when he is done. Our air broke in the middle of July on a Monday night. He answered his phone at night and told us he would take care of us. He came the next day after 4 other calls he had and fixed the problem. I never write reviews but felt this was absolutely worthy to do so. Will definitely use his services again!

He showed me that the true value in an A/C installation is in the *workmanship* and in taking the appropriate *time* to get the job done right. He doesn't cut corners, and gives you enough knowledge to make informed decisions about repairs or possible updates without pressure.

In my most recent problem, his advice actually prevented a service call which would have made him money. He has the long-term view that good, and happy customers will tell others, and then ultimately everybody wins.
