North Pole HVAC has a vast amount of knowledge and provided a solution that other companies could not! I have had TWO other AC techs come to tell me they could not fix the problem, or that I would need to purchase another control board.

Instead, when I contacted North Pole, he told me he could fix it without needing to purchase another board. He came and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes! This has had me stumped for the past month and I am finally glad to have a working Nest Thermostat now. Thank you again, highly recommend!

Lisandro picked up my phone on a Sunday and offered his advice on the issues I have with our AC. I called quite many companies, he was the quickest to respond and on top of that, he knows exactly what’s wrong with our AC just by speaking on the phone. Lisandro is professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine person (I find it very hard to find esp. in the AC industry). Lisandro did an excellent job installing 2 new AC units for us. First unit was installed several years ago. We have had several HVAC guys servicing our AC unit before but I should say that Lisandro is the best! He is very dedicated, sincere and hardworking. In a time where its so hard to find honest tradesman Lisandro blew me away with his generosity and expertise. I made a late night call as a desperate father and Lisandro answered and helped me out more then I could have imagined. Highly recommend and we had such a great experience from start to finish! They came and took care of us during the holidays when no one else was even answering their phone. Everything being done was clearly communicated and the prices were fair while the service was excellent. We even trusted them to work alone in the house while we ran errands.

Lisandro is one of the most kind-hearted and genuine AC service owners that I have ever met. From our initial conversation, he was warm and very personable. I can tell he enjoys what he does and he cares about his clients and their comfort. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He explained the issue with the AC unit and guaranteed that he was able to fix it, which he did in a short amount of time. He provided fast and effective service, and I would highly recommend him.

You all know that living Florida Without A/C is impossible! It is lucky that I met Lisandro. Meeting a reliable technician is important when you have a big problem. Lisandro installed a new unit and I saw how he handles and cares his work. This detailed technician is real and even he is not only just a normal technician but also polite and courteous.

Best HVAC service I have ever had! If you are looking for a honest, competent, timely HVAC service North Pole HVAC is your go to company. Lisandro sourced, removed, replaced my 1.5 ton carrier Fan blower motor. Then verified this fixed the reported problem. He then spent additional time discussing tips to maintain efficiency to the Cooling system to maximize the biggest bang for the energy being spent. Lisandro has earned my business, my neighbors had recommended him as they and their children also have used him in the past.
