There is a reason why North Pole has perfect reviews, Lisandro and his team are the best. We have used their services twice, once on our primary residence and once on a rental property. Lisandro was able to make a cost effective repair on our Trane system while 5 other companies basically told us to throw it away and purchase a new system for 5 times the price of the necessary repair, even though it was still at least 10-15 years before the effective end of service life of the system. After the work Lisandro did, the AC worked better than it ever did in the two years we had our home, and our utility bills were actually around 5-10% lower due to his work which we thought was very impressive. I highly recommend North Pole, and will be using them again in the future for yearly tuneups and repairs to keep our systems running optimally.

I needed to replace my 20 year old AC/unit, after talking to almost 6 different companies, I decided to give NORTH POLE a shot. First, I felt extremely comfortable and at ease with Lisandro, he manage to explain to me what unit will be more efficient for my house. Also, he explained step by step the process of installation, he answer all my questions, offer me options, offer my special financing, it felt like I was dealing with a friend. To top that the price for my new unit was at least 2k less than others. This company and the techs by far are top notch, knowledge and experience of the business is impressive. Once again, Lisandro and North Pole have saved the day and our AC. I came home after to work to the AC blowing at 83, usually I can trouble shoot and get it going, but not today. I called North Pole Air Conditioning and talked to Lisandro regarding my home AC overflowing with water. He scheduled to see my AC very first thing the next morning and he showed up on time as promised. He diagnosed and clearly explained to me in detail the on going problem and how he will fix it. After few hours, my AC problem was resolved and he charged me very reasonably. Lisandro is really good on home ACs and will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. A few months ago my AC stopped working. Being new to the area I looked online and found a contractor to come out quickly to assess the situation. He told me that my outside unit was old and in bad shape. He said it needed to be replaced right away and quoted me $2500 to do it. I decided to get a second opinion. I called North Pole and spoke to Lisandro. I asked him to provide me a quote to replace my unit and described what the previous company told me. He said he would be glad to give me a quote but he asked to come out first to assess my unit because what I was describing didn’t add up to him. He came and found that my outside unit was actually working just fine. It was the coil in my air handler inside that was leaking freon. He replaced my coil and my AC has been working great since then. Had I not contacted North Pole I would have paid to replace a unit that was working fine and I would have had to pay more money to find out it was the coil inside. It’s rare to find a contractor who is honest these days and is working for the best interest of the customer. Lisandro is definitely a person who you can trust to get the job done without trying to rip you off. I highly recommend him!

I called Lisandro about a failed compressor on a Friday, and he was extremely thorough and took time to answer all of my questions over the phone. He also gave me a reasonable estimated cost to replace our compressor. The very next business day, he sent Luis, a detail-oriented technician, over to our home to replace our compressor and to get everything working correctly. Our local Bryant stores were all out of our compressor, so Luis drove out of his way to purchase one, just so the job could be completed the same day. Luis didn't rush, like other AC techs, but instead, he took his time to make sure everything was done correctly, the first time, and he was very polite and courteous. He did an Excellent job, and he left everything better than he found it. There was a small misunderstanding about work to be performed, but Lisandro and Luis took care of it in a kind, fair, honest, and reasonable manner.

Likewise, I very highly recommend North Pole Air Conditioning and Heating Services, and I will definitely continue to use their services for our home, investment real estate, and business needs, and I will refer them to my family and friends in and around Central Florida.
