I manage a number of vacation homes in the Central Orlando area and I was looking for a company to renew a complete inside and outside unit as well as lines. I have got to say I'm certain that I chose the correct company in North Pole Air Conditioning. The owner Lisandro was very prompt and informative in our meetings leading up to the install and he was also there whilst the install was going on. He gave me a good deal and the workmanship looks sensational. The system that he put certainly looks the part and I am certain that it will perform well for years to come. This guy and his company are very professional and prompt and there were no corners cut. They are a credit to themselves and I would certainly recommend them to other property managers - Thanks for a great job guys, yous are really awesome!!!!

So we bought our first home in June and just a couple of days ago our AC stopped working. A lot of our equipment had North Pole stickers on them so we decided to give them a shot. They had originally installed the equipment with the previous owners of the house. When I first noticed how many 5 star reviews they had, I thought it was too good to be true. However, I really was amazed at how amazing the service actually was. Lisandro was was very professional and extremely personable. He even remembered exactly when he had installed the unit and the names of the previous owners. He came out early morning the next day after we reached out to him. He is very knowledgeable and went over everything he was doing to help me understand how everything works. I could tell that he is very passionate about his job and he truly loves helping people. I would 100% recommend Lisandro and North Pole AC. Absolutely deserving of the 5 star reviews.

My experience with North Pole began in 2014! The company that I had been using since 2006 had been doing "extra repairs" each time I had my scheduled maintenance. That changed in 2014 when I was told that I would have to replace the AC - and also the heating system. That prompted me to get a second opinion and led me to Lisandro at North Pole. He repaired the unit (described below) and I also contracted to have North Pole maintain my sisters a mobile home AC unit until it was sold in 2017.

After a month+ away I came home to AC unit that was not working - 99 degrees in the house. Called Lisandro (in early evening) and he came after hours the next day - a day before he promised! I was sure that I was in for a new unit. Lisandro repaired it once again. Fixed a leak and - it's working great! (An aside, my new neighbor had the same unit that I have and about the same age as mine. She told me today that my old company replaced their unit last week- big bucks.)

I ​could write a book about all that North Pole has done for me since then - but it would be long so I'll just give you a bulleted list - and maybe you can get an idea about how grateful I am for Lisandro. I'll try to be brief.

System was cycling on and off every few minutes so Lisandro performed yearly maintenance plus repair approximately 4 months ago - tuned the system and replaced capacitor - worked great. However I was told to prepare myself for a new system just in case.

It's hard to differentiate between Lisandro and North Pole - as he is the heart of North Pole. You won't find any company with more integrity, honesty, workmanship, price. service and knowledge. I now consider him family and I highly recommend his company - you will be glad you did!

Our A/C stopped cooling several days ago and a different company identified the air handler coil as the source of the refrigerant leak. We shopped around and got quotes for brand new A/C units and repairs and decided North Pole A/C was the right choice for us. Lisandro convinced us that even though our unit was a little old, it was best to make the repair instead of replacing a top of the line older unit with an average newer unit. We are very satisfied with our decision to repair instead of replace and are very thankful for Lisandro convincing us to keep our A/C.

Lisandro is very responsive and stayed in communication with us through the process. He predicted he could get the part and perform the installation the next day and he was right. He took his time on the job, replaced the leaky coil, identified and repaired another leak that the other company missed and did a great job servicing my air conditioner and cleaning up afterward. It's obvious he takes pride in his work and he loves his job.

I would not hesitate to call North Pole A/C again, or recommend him to friends and neighbors. I hope to see him in my neighborhood sometime soon, helping others in need of cooler air this summer.

I would highly recommend Lissandro of North Pole for any Air Conditioning issues you are having. Lissandro arrived on time at my home and methodically began his diagnosis, explaining in detail what is being done. Turns out, I had a simple incorrect wiring that caused constant heating and a huge bill this last month. I was totally blown away at his excitement for what he does, the honesty as well as customer service skills. And lastly, his price was way below what I expected. This is coming from myself as a full time Real estate flipper who deal with contractors on a regular basis. There is no second guessing Lissandro as your Air Conditioning Specialist.

Lisandro was very helpful and provided great information about the issues we encountered with out Bryant AC system. Although our system is not very common and still Lisandro had a good thorough understanding of the system and was able to diagnose the issues quickly. He also helped me understand how the system works better and the things that we could be doing to help maintain the system better so that it will remain in good operating conditions and last a long time. Honest, professional, prompt and knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will call on again if we encounter any other issues in the future with this system or any other.

Long story short, Lissandro won us over with his candid assessment of our problem -- a very kind and honest AC repairman who saved us from replacing our entire AC!

We have been replacing our freon with increasing frequency over the past few years. Other AC repair guys had tried to find a presumed coil leak, but no luck. It finally reached the point where we decided something had to be done; as our system is 9 years old, replacing it seemed like it might make the most sense.

We got quotes from 3 larger companies. None of them impressed us (not friendly, not competitive, or negative reviews). After a few weeks of debating, we lined up three more quotes. North Pole was the final one we tried -- not from any personal recommendations, but because of the google reviews. ALL the companies have good reviews, but almost none have no bad reviews. The lack of bad reviews made me call North Pole.

Lissandro came out to give us a quote for a new AC system, but instead convinced my husband to let him look at the system (for free). He said he almost guaranteed a freon leak from the coils, and convinced us to let him replace the coils instead, to give us a few more years with the current system. He was intent on "rescuing" our system. He even offered to top up the freon (up to a certain threshhold).

He did the work promptly and finished fast. He even cleaned our outside equipment at no charge. And he's a fun guy to talk to! You can really see that he is passionate about his job.

In short, North Pole and Lissandro are winners in my book. He saved us a lot of money and we hope that will allow us to wait and upgrade to one of the newer systems that are coming out in the next few years. Thank you, North Pole AC!

This was the first AC system that we had to replace and we did a significant amount of research. After first speaking with Lisandro, he was extremely helpful and really knew his stuff. I didn't feel pressured and what he was telling us was in line with what I researched. I was particularly satisfied with how patient he was with all our questions (a lot of them!) and he took the time to look at and price all the options. I could tell he wasn't giving us a one size fits all plan. He was able to locate and secure a unit to our specs in the peak of the shortage at the best price! What sold me what his attention to detail and the time he took to do the job right. No short cuts. I knew we were getting much more value than just our installed unit. The the unit was installed within two days, both the evaporator and condenser, along with major repair and rebuilding of the drywall box. We also have peace of mind that if we need anything in the future, we now have a reliable, trustworthy source. This was the smaller of our two units and when its time to do our main one we'll definitely be calling Lisandro!

I have used and trusted always North Pole. Lisandro is always very thorough, efficient, professional and always the best estimates & prices. My AC unit was leaking water tremendously due to a clogged drain, my worst mistake I called a competitor and they told me I needed a new system all together shut my system down including breakers and simply scared me to death. With hard times we are all facing its not an expense I could even think of covering at this moment. I called North Pole and they came out after hours, which I am grateful for the long drive (an hour away) and had my AC up and running again with clear lines and realistic time to address other issues with the water damage. Thank you so much!! I can’t express enough how much I recommend North Pole and how blessed I am to have them in my state.

Lisandro from NORTH POLE A/C did a great job installing my A/C unit. He showed up exactly at the time he advised. He was very through and passionate in explaining the details of the job and showed pride in his work. His work was very neat, clean and professional.
