We just got an over 30 years old house with a very old ac system. Lisandro did an excellent job installing an additional vent and a receiver. You can tell that he cares about the quality of his work. Everything was meticulously done. He explains everything patiently and doesn’t try to oversell. He is extremely friendly and professional. Bigger companies were giving us so much confusion and high prices that we got really lucky to find Lisandro. We definitely will be using only him for our future ac projects! Thank you!

This is the best, highest quality, most trustworthy & only company to hire for anything HVAC related. Simple as that. Lissandro, the owner, has been in business for 22 years. He was the one who not only fixed AC unit, but also identified the cause of the issue. Then he prevented it from ever reoccurring. One of my AC fan blades broke and Lissandro noticed it was from a dishonest previous repairman who installed the wrong motor, which caused the fan to break. Lissandro could've just replaced my blade and went on his way. Instead, he was honest and friendly enough to explain everything he was doing and tell me whats needed to prevent any more issues. If you want someone who will be passionate and thorogh about their work, then North Pole is the company to use.

It is rare that you find a business or owner as good as this one these days. The experience was positive from the time I called for help all the way through the visit to my home. Lisandro was attentive, listened to my situation, made an effort as busy as he was to get to my home as soon as possible, treated my problem like it was his, did a through job, was courteous and on time and charged a reasonable rate for his work. And actually fixed our problem. Who could ask for more than that. I have no problem recommending North Pole and Lisandro to anyone who needs AC work. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely have him coming back to service our unit annually to keep it running as well as it is now.

After reading many great reviews, I took a chance and hired Mr. Lisandro to service my AC unit. I was not disappointed. From start to finish Mr. Lisandro provided excellent service and amazing customer service. He arrived on time and explained his work flow in clear and concise terms. North Pole Air Conditioning and Heating Services is excellent! My house has the original indoor and outdoor units from construction in 1994 and Lisandro has kept them in tip top shape since I purchased my home a few years ago. As soon as I spoke with Lisandro, his wealth of knowledge regarding HVAC was clearly visible, and calming. He is really good at explaining what the issues are and what are the proper repairs. He was able to move around his appointments to fit me in with short notice. At one point he walked me through cleaning the drain to my system over the phone and helped me avoid a service call. He is a STAND UP guy with great service and great pricing. I strongly recommend him.

Hands down, this is the most honest person in this business I have ever met. Mr. Lisandro is not out to rip you off like other A/C companies. He gives you options and explains everything in detail and truly knows what he is doing. I cannot recommend Lisandro and North Pole AC enough. Very reliable, extremely good pricing, and quick response time. My AC's fan motor went bad, and Lisandro was out the same day to replace it, and give me full feedback on current system status. I could not be any happier with his service and his friendly demeanor. This company is amazing. The owner Lisandro is always so friendly and professional. You can see that he cares about his customers and his workmanship. The new system that he installed in my home runs great, but if it ever needs serviced he’s there immediately to repair it. My A/C wasn’t keeping temperature due to a defective capacitor. Lisandro came out & repaired it the same day that I called. You will never use another air conditioning company once you hire NorthPole.

We had a new air conditioner unit installed by Lisandro and we couldn’t be happier with the job he did for us. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. After the job was complete he took the time to show us the work he did and everything about the new unit.
