All I wanted was to replace a toilet seat because the hinge broke. The cost ended up to be $298 which included inspection services I didn't want. In addition, there was an "autorenewal" clause so they can charge me every year even if I don't use their services. I never saw the contract before signing the documents. The service technician never told me what I was signing. He just said I had to sign in order to get the seat replacement. Obviously I should have gone to Home Depot.

Daniel did a fantastic, professional job, and was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend. Also signed up for the annual family plan - the 2 AC checkups alone more than cover the cost, and all the other perks are icing on the cake.

Fast, professional service by Kenneth. Additionally, he was able to identify savings based on a prior purchased labor warranty that I was unable to find records for at the time of service. He also educated me on how to resolve a similar issue should it occur in the future and what I can do today to make sure it doesn’t happen. 10/10.

I made an appointment for service call they charge u upfront and then they won’t tell u that. The technician has additional charges just to come they won’t tell you that plus parts. This company is TRICKY ! DONT HIRE … also they quote a new AC system ranges from 12k -23k …. Well guess what I have the other company give me the new AC system Carrier brand for 5k only …. Pls don’t waste your time contacting this company … STAY AWAY! SAVE yourself from being RIP OFF and aggravation

Prompt and professional..Rhonda in dispatch was a refreshing first impression. Plumber Steven Burgess, completed the exterior faucet replacement in a very timely manner. His many years of working in the field of plumbing was on full display. First time using Frank Gay.. no doubt it want be our last.
