Lewis came out to give us an estimate. Very helpful, answered all our questions, very professional even sending us a text when he was on his way. We're still in the deciding stage on repiping, so his information was very valuable. I would add that when I initially called, the rep was pleasant enough but clearly reading from a script, some of which did not apply. Scripts are fine as long as it's not so obvious that it makes you feel like just a number, not a valued potential client.

Eric, was on time, product knowledgeable, he educated us, and he installed an outlet for our dryer, he made sure that it was working before he left, he checked the other electrical breakers in the panel, and saved us $750.00.
We will definitely be asking for Eric again when it comes to taking care of our new home.
We will be using Frank Gay for our other home needs and preventative maintenance for our new home, thank you.

Techs were very knowledgeable, professional and experienced. They explained the process and went over their findings and made recommendations for improving our AC system for the preventative maintenance.
This will be my go to company for all services now. We have used Frank Gay for plumping and electrical in the past. I am very pleased.

The service was good, but I feel like the pricing is not fair. After a first visit where I was told my septic had issues (and I spent money to have that pumped), I had to have them come out a second time. Then it was discovered I had grease issues in about 15 feet of pipe. I was first told it would be $1500 and then I had to haggle with my plumber and he kept calling his manager. I asked if I could get an hourly price because I believed the job would be pretty quick and they said they couldn't do an hourly rate. Other than the setup of a pressure washer and breakdown, the main cleaning of the 15 feet of line took less than 30 minutes and they said it would still be $750. I still don't think that is a fair price for 15 foot of pipe and about an hour total of work. They should really have a no-haggle policy and adjustments for when an issue is easier than expected.

Brandon and JoJo are amazing young men both as individuals and as technicians. My elderly parents’ whole AC system went completely out while my mother was on hospice, close to death. These two men were respectful of our situation. Never have seen a more quiet and smooth install. Also we appreciate David, the service tech who passed on our situation to them These men are a credit to Frank Gay and should be commended.

Showed up within 2 hours of initial emergency call on a Saturday evening. Did great work! Communicated clearly throughout the process. Soldered on a new fitting and installed new faucet. Great to do business with!

Hunter was AMAZING!! He showed up on time and was very personable, but professional. He identified some areas that needed attention and repaired a Freon leak. Frank Gay has always provided the most professional employees and Hunter was no exception!!

Josh Glenn from Frank Gay Services did a great job for us. He arrived on time, quickly located the source of our outdoor water leak, and professionally repaired the underground pipe. I strongly recommend Frank Gay Services for plumbing issues, and especially recommend Josh Glenn for his professionalism.

David was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to identify that a pipe leak occurred after a misdiagnosis from another company. He truly is the epitome of what customer service should be!

Our zoned heat/ac system was not working in part of the house. The technician said the zone control board was bad and gave us an estimate of $6,200 to replace it. The cost should be around $700. Had another company come out the next day and they found that one of the compressors was not running. They fixed a loose wire and everything is up and working fine now. Cost of the actual required repair was $112. We have used Frank Gay before and their prices are always very high. But, they are quick to respond when called and that is why we continued to use them. This time; however, the price they wanted to fix what wasn’t broken was totally ridiculous and honestly an insult to our intelligence. I advise extreme caution with this company.
