Michael Gilbert was very knowledgeable and helpful with the repair process. He also made recommendations for repairs that we didn’t know were issues until he showed us the problems. He provided us pricing for the repairs itemized and combined. He is an all around good guy to talk to while he was getting the job done. In the end everything came out just right.

I used Frank Gay for electrical services. I wanted to have my outdated light fixture upgraded to something more modern and classy.

My technician was Mario and he was incredible! Very fast and efficient service. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Checked our concern of the house problems today. A house over 22 years old. That developed problems over time. The family package Maintenance yearly plan is not a bad deal. Offered what needs to be fixed and how much it will cost. Very understandable and caring company. They won't force or do something without your permission. Highly recommend to anyone that is interested on getting their house checked by Frank Gay.

I have had Frank Guy come out and have a my pipes flushed to do to back ups. The work men were very professional and did a go job. I wanted a garbage disposal installed but do to the piping in my older house it the plumber said it wasn't recommended which I appreciated rather than try to sell me what was going to be an expensive service to move pipes and install a new sink. He was much more knowledgeable than other plumbers who have come out and was able to solve our problem with the backed up drains which two other plumbers failed to do. He also was very open about things like it would be better to buy my own sink because they sell them but they tend to be expensive.

I also had an electrician come out and install and external outlet, and an electric car charger as well as add surge protectors to my electrical boxes. The gentleman who came out to do consolation was very nice and even gave me a lot of advice on solar panels and batteries which had nothing to do with why he came out for. The electrician who came to do the work was also very professional, suggested some better options for a cleaner looking installation and did a great job.

They have a reasonable home warranty program I signed up for which paid for it's self on the first job I had done with plumbing. Also I was able to get the work I needed done really quickly in fast.

They do seem a little on the higher end price wise. However, since the technicians were really high quality and actually were able to address my problems and answer all my questions it is probably worth it. Example I had a plumber out that charge me less but wasn't able to fix my drain problem. So it was actually to total waste.

They do charge a fee for coming out but they apply it to any service you have done. They also waved the fee on one of my services because the technician was already in the area.

Their customer service department is not at all friendly. Though I received good quality work on plumbing service, the AC technician came did not properly inspected the water leak in the attic, that was found later by the roofer. They took the inspection service fee but did not do the proper inspection of the AC ducts.

I had to edit my review. I do not recommend Frank Gay services for anything related to Air Conditioning. Please be aware.

Devin was my technician and he was absolutely wonderful! The window of arrival was between 12pm-4pm and he got here at exactly noon. I showed him what was going on with our shower leaking, he explained everything to me and my family regarding what needed to be fixed and potential challenges in the future because we live in a very old building. The quote was extremely high, but after finding a solution within our budget, Devin was flexible and fixed it within two hours including drive time to get the parts needed. He was professional, efficient and reliable. I trust Devin moving forward and will request him for future services. Great job, Devin! A big thank you from me and Giblet!

Sorry to say I have had a terrible experience with Frank Gay. The AC system they installed has failed 4 times in the last nine years. Each time the blower motor needs to be replaced. The price they quoted me for repair this last time was astronomically high. I was able to get it fixed from a nearby company for about 25% of what Frank Gay was charging. And, they were trying to sell products that weren’t needed and wouldn’t resolve my issue.

Carlos & his partner did a fantastic job. Fixing all of the errors that Dylan did. Carlos fixed the water that was coming out cold before it ever got hot. Now when I turn on the hot water I don’t have to wait long it comes out quickly. Carlos also corrected the faucet that were outside and took them off. I highly recommend Carlos for plumbing needs.

A/C has been blowing but not cooling so needed it addressed asap. Sent a chat via the website, heard from someone within minutes to schedule a same day appointment. Glen arrived on time. I appreciate that the cost of the diagnostic goes toward any work you get done. Although we could not afford all of the suggested repairs we needed, Glen did explain everything with photos and offered his expert opinion. He was also not pushy. He was polite, friendly and I feel, went above and beyond today. The process with this company was easy and seamless. Got notifications via text for updates too. Even received a photo of Glen so I would know who was coming. Very pleased with the service I received today. Thank you Glen and Frank Gay Services!

This was my first interaction with Frank Gay and they knocked it out of the park! They were able to get a service tech out on the same day and even worked around my schedule. My technician, Glen Bell, arrived to my home before me and was gracious enough to wait. Glen was a clear and effective communicator, was able to resolve my issue quickly, and got my AC system back online less that 6 hours after I first called for service. Glen shared with me the money-saving benefits of Frank Gay's Family Plan--it really is a great deal! I know I sound a little enthusiastic about a simple AC service call, but I have never before experienced such friendliness, professionalism, and timeliness while dealing with other companies in this field. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. A big shout out to Glen Bell and the Frank Gay team!
