I’ve never given a negative review until now. 10 years of history with this company. I’ve had new units installed and serviced over this period by them. Recently they did maintenance on my warrantied unit and the technician punctured a hole in the (less than 2 year old) coil. They then claimed that the damage was not done by them and that the “warrantied” repair cost was going to be 2300 for a 4 hour job to cover labor costs. System worked worked perfectly prior to maintenance…system was completely drained of all refrigerant out of the system 15min after the tech left…I have cancelled all accounts with this dishonest company. I recommend you look elsewhere for sales or service.

Update: customer service has reached out to me and promised that someone from the management side of things would reach out to me and try to fix this issue. It has been weeks and I haven’t heard from anyone regarding any recourse. I have since paid a different company to come and replace my coil. New technician showed me the coil that frank gay was maintaining was damaged by the caustic cleaner that frank gay uses. This product is supposed to be sprayed in the drain line and over the coil and then completely rinsed away so that it doesn’t eat away the delicate coil. My coil was 100% corroded by frank gays mistake In not rinsing this cleaner after their “maintenance” that I was paying for. Please don’t use this company. Horrible customer support, extremely overpriced and unreliable. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday morning and called Frank Gay Services. They responded almost immediately. Technician Zak identified the problem, offered options and resolved the problem quickly and professionally. He was very thorough and spent the time necessary to ensure the problem was resolved. He also recommended and scheduled follow-up services.

Frankie was great! Very professional and informative! He was very positive and kept telling me that we did great assessing the situation before we had called. I called at 8:20 am and Frankie was at my door at 10:20 am. Pricing wasn't too bad either!

I have used Frank Gay for plumbing before and they were reasonably priced. I had to replace a tub/shower faucet and they charged me $350 for the work with a $30 part and half-hour of work and wanted to charge me $1000 to replace the valve which I might have done except for the price. The tech was very nice and did good work but the prices were outrageous. I had used them to replace two fan switches and the price was reasonable at $75 a piece so this was a shock to me.

Roy was punctual and personable. He examined the outside unit and the inside system and was able to diagnose the problem. He fixed it in a very timely fashion and answered all of my questions. I have had issues with other companies before and I am very please to have utilized Frank Gay. Thank you, Roy!

Ralph was knowledgeable, friendly and explained every thing. Recommendations were made to have new toilets as he feels the toilets are are original to the house! Awesome young man!!

We had a plumbing issue and called Frank Gay services. We were told it would be $39 to have someone come assess the situation and they did and quoted us 298 to fix it and then the guy calls his supervisor and he said in order to do that job where the leak was they are also going to have to replace something else and that would come out to $1400. We felt this was deceptive and we rejected having any of the work done. My husband said he would pay the $39 fee and call them if we decided to go with them. We just looked at the charge on the card and they charged us $256. No receipt or anything. We were ripped off by this company and are taking action. This is a horrible deceptive company and they are not getting any money from us because no work was done at all. DO NOT USE FRANK GAY SERVICES UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

Frank Gay has excellent services provided with very professional staff. Alex, out of Lady Lake, took me step by step on what I need to look for when taking care of and maintaining my a/c unit in between the time of check up. I would also like to thank Al for his patience and due diligence.

It was a pleasure having Mr. Willis from Frank Gay come by, he was on time and straight to the point. He didn't mind answering questions and cares about his work. I will definitely use this company again if I need anything else.

Frank Gay does a lot of our services for plumbing and AC issues. Today, Howard served us brilliantly with a laundry sink installation and descaling our tankless hot water heater. Howard was professional and most importantly kind and courteous. The sink looks great.
