I spent it 7 months on research (reading blogs, YouTube education do it your self and etc...) & comparing to replace my A/C system . "Believe me" when you are not in this biasness it is Not easy to decide what brand and who (company) to TRUST for your job . When I meet Fatjon "aka Foti" I ask it Him for all what I got on my mind for my new A/C system and He give it a $16000 around with not calculating just a ruffle amount (I was not ready at the time). When Fatjon left, I thought He is "crazy" My plan was to get a new 18 seer Heat Pump 2 stage and unfurtnaly for me after many Other "big" ( I understand same people feel much more "secure" with BIG companies and them are good but for Not Me) Well same of those when they came here and give to me estimate with different brands - prices ( all most $-70 to $5500 more of my final price)
But here is Why I Chose Fatjon . I called Him two weeks after the New Year and He came the next afternoon so I made some questions about the Brand - Warranty - Seer (16 or 18 how much I win or loose) and the duct work, Fatjon answer was all right (of course He was right.. I speed it 7 months "educating my self" and He is doing this job for a long time)
Fatjon give it Me options with Goodman and Train. He offer and explained Me why Likes Goodman with out saying that Train is bad (His words about the Train 22 seer -- The best You can buy) ... the reason was (for Me) the Daikin + the 10 Year Labor Warranty (extra purchase) but is something that no other factory does.
So far so good, Time for the replacing ...(Fatjon explained Me that is three day Job, Condenser Air Handler Duct Work replacing and Upgrading ) . First day i meet Herion (with smile and very Professional) . they remove all old air handler plus condenser and same of duct , second day all the rest of duct and installed the New Air Handler and Condenser ,
The last day all New Duct plus Return upgrade .
All that jab as Fatjon prescribed to me . He Installed and the New Thermostat ( he explained Me how all the new Air Handler work with humidity and because I don't "like" Humidity He makes same changes so I have all ready now 2 weeks plus now better environment).
So far I'm Happy that I choose ACHV . Ask them for what ever your concerns are, I'm pretty sure you will be very surprised in good way.

They were amazing from the first phone call to the installation to the end. I would definitely recommend ! 10/10

Our AC broke down on a hot Saturday and there was severe condensation causing water to seep into the carpet. We called up a few AC repair companies on Sunday morning, due to the weekend most of them were either closed or did not return our call even after leaving the voicemail. We got lucky with ACHV, they instructed on what to do to prevent the leakage immediately and arrived promptly at the promised time of 4 pm. They ran a few tests to check for leakage and eventually identified the problem with TXV which needed replacement. They waived the charges for running leakage test and refrigerant once the issue identified was found to be unrelated. They arrived with the replacement TXV the next day and by noon we had our AC working. They were prompt, professional and honest with their work. Definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs AC repairs.

Wow 5 star reviews across the board and for good reason. These guys did an ac install with a 3.5 ton unit at my house and what a fantastic job they did. They were as professional as you can get, even cleaning as they worked. When the job took a little extra work then quoted, they stayed true to their word. I could not be happier then with the price and results. Thanks guys so much for a timely, great working system.

HIGHLY recommend this company!! I rarely write reviews, but had to give a shout out to this company for their excellent service. Called all the HVAC contractors in my area to install my Downdraft ventilation unit and was turned away from all of them expect for this company. They were fairly priced and got the job done :) Could not be happier and will definitely use them again. Thank You!!

Heroin and Fatjon were always fair and courteous. They fixed the problems quickly and were responsive even on weekends!

Phenomenal service and company! My evaporator coil needed replaced along with a few other issues I was having and Fatjon did an excellent job! Fatjon told me that the coil was still under warranty, which was news to me considering another AC company I had out a week prior never even mentioned the warranty and tried "selling" me a new coil. Fatjon not only saved me money, but did an excellent job with the install, was polite, professional, and arrived on time as scheduled. Don't even waste your time with any other AC company, these guys are straight shooters. It was refreshing to have an honest technician/ company for a change. I will never use any other AC company, ACHV has earned my business and the many many referrals I will be giving them.
