My AC was leaking I called them they answer promptly were able to get someone 2 hours after I called them. The technician was really professional and efficace and fixing the problem and make sure everything was in Order will definitively used them for AC maintenance from now on.

It's late July in Clearwater, FL. Which means it's VERY hot. AC went out, on a Friday evening, due to lack of maintenance, on MY part. I called Herion & Fatjon and the response time was perfect. Only been using them for a few months after poor experiences with other providers. After I called and was told what to do in the meantime, within 25 minutes Herion was at my house and we fixed everything. I appreciate the exceptional service and you can't value enough the response time, especially when it's July 23 in Clearwater, FL. Thank you AC/HV Services.

I had originally called because I was recommended to them from a friend to get an estimate on replacement HVAC systems. Fatjon did the service call, took at look at the units and found that it was just the coil which were still under warranty so ended up just with labor charge for coil instead of shelling out money for new HVAC units. Previous company had diagnosed the coil but were going to charge me for the price of the coil and labor which is why I was getting estimates on replacement system.
