Great 1st time experience with ACHV. Fast and responsive in an emergency situation on a very hot day.

I am a Cornerstone customer and have been now as a member for their services for 2 years now. I pay for the annual maintenance program and they literally were just here 6 weeks ago to replace our fan motor and fix the overcharged coolant - $1500. But they did not do their other maintenance checks apparently.

So yesterday, with guests in our home and one person sick, our A/C stopped. When Cornerstone was here they found a knick in one of the thermostat wires and wanted to charge me $600 to replace the wire when all it required was splicing and heat shrinking new covering on it. So I thought that was the problem. Nope. While I fixed the bare wire (which they covered with a terrible duct tape job) they never cleaned out the condenser drain line and it tripped the float switch.

I called Cornerstone first but they couldnt come to the house. So I called ACHV which at the time I am writing this review, had 134 Five (5) Star Reviews. The owner was at my house in less than an hour, he quoted me a $79 Service fee to come and whatever the repair would be. Turned out to be $89 to flush and clean the lines, which were clogged really bad with algae and calcium deposits requiring a ton of chemical to break it down. The owner of ACHV was courteous and quick to get the situation resolved. I thought his price was very reasonable. Plus, he lives right here in Oldsmar and said getting to us is about a 10 min drive. So ACHV is my newest contractor I will be calling in the future and I will be evaluating the need to continue using Cornerstone - which is very high priced.

Profesional, honesty and quality. I got a lot of proposals for my new AC unit and Ductwork replacement, but our friend Lit... recommend to us Foti-Fatjon and she was Right. I'm not going to waist your time, call them and you will not be disappointed.

i have no words to describe this company's techs and their work ethics. Their professionalism and readiness are outstanding. Herion knew the issue from my discussion over the phone with him.
He arrived within minutes after my request and confirmed the issue. Within hours I had my problem solved with new parts at no extra cost. He is patient and ready to walk you through the issue and resolution.
His knowledge is worth more than his labor, which is lower than reasonable. I have recommended him to a few of my friends in case they have any AC issues. Highly recommended.

Herion was awesome. He went above and beyond to install a new evaporator coil for our unit. Herion was punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, and polite. After being disappointed by 2 previous companies, I'm so glad to have found ACHV Services. I highly recommend them and I'm so glad to find an HVAC company I trust!!!

After waiting for days for another AC company to come to my business to help fix my air conditioner, I called ACHV services for a second opinion and they were able to come out much sooner. They diagnosed the problem and beat the price quoted by the other company. They also found a blown capacitor that was missed by the other company. If we had paid the higher priced company the new part would have blown as they missed WHY it failed in the forst place.

We had a great experience with ACHV, we had a clogged drain line and we called late in the evening and they came out, found the issue and promptly resolved it. We are thankful for such a quick response and solution in getting out air conditioning back up and running.

Small company with big service. The owner came out and gave an estimate on complete replacement before leaving. While inspecting the 20 year old unit he spotted a leak in the condensate line and made a temp repair, even before I confirmed I was accepting his bid. He personally installed the unit a couple days later and explained everything along the way. He obtained the permit, changed the breaker, arranged for the inspection and made sure everything looked very professionally done when he was finished. His price was the lowest even with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I was very happy and would definitely use them again.

I have used many HVAC services over the past 20 years in FL, but ACHV is hands down the best ever. Prompt, professional and above all "honest"! I wish I could give them 6 or 7 stars, but 5 is the max allowed!
