Joe P was professional and efficient. He did the electrical repairs and because we also needed a roofer, he sealed off the area so we'd be ok until the roofer could come out. He also checked our surrounding outlets to make sure we wouldn't have the same problem again right after. Thanks!

I had my garbage disposal and ac stop working today, called this company and Robert came out, very friendly and helpful, replaced my unit answered all my questions. About an hour later Mike came out and had my ac working in minutes, detailed everything he did and made suggestions based on my needs without trying to sell me something I didn't need. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he is. Ty guys!!

My newly purchased home had a seriously clogged bathroom sink and no hot water in the shower. Dan was excellent. He explained what caused both problems, replaced a corroded valve, installed a new shower handle, and unclogged my sink. Everything is now working perfectly. Dan was very pleasant and professional, and was nice enough to show me where the water cutoff to the house is located. I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs.

Had Mac 5 come to my house because another plumbing company blew me off and Mac 5 were prompt and very professional! The three guys that worked on my pipe were absolutely amazing. I would name them, but I am terrible with names, but they did an outstanding job! Today I received a surprise in the mail, a great big tumbler with the Mac 5 logo and delicious soft baked cookies! Now that is some awesome customer service and will recommend them to everyone. Have recommended them to a realtor friend of ours too, for him to recommend to his new home owners! Thanks again Mac 5!

Estimate only so far but Sean is a really professional and personable. Have to do some comparison work with other estimates but so far I'm leaning their way. Service price estimate pretty high but you sometimes get what you pay for.

I accidentally broke the water main leading to the house. I called MAC 5 and within an hour Joe called to come by. He fixed that and hooked up plumbing to a vanity in less than an hour. He was professional and the work looks immaculate.

Making another review because after the great job Robert did with the leak detection, we are impressed once again by their other Technician Doug and his colleague. Once again SUPER polite and extremely hardworking. The repairs were done so much faster than we expected. Not just the date they would start, but the entire installation was done before we knew it. Tidy, courteous, and professional. Seems like the entire team at Mac 5 holds this standard.. We will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks!! Thank you for all the hard work!!!!

Robert was very timely (despite me not answering the door at first--whoops), professional, and knowledgable. He explained things to me in a way I would understand and got to the root of the issue quickly. Mac5 is super responsive and I'm extremely happy with their service.
