Glenn was a top-notch technician. He fixed our AC system and got it blwoing cold air. He also provided tips on how to maintain the system and explained what he was doing as he fixed the problem. Highly recommend

I called about a leak under my manufactured home and this company had a very affordable service fee, I'm talking lowest by far of any professional service in the history of ever! They came out quickly, Joe was very honest, very professional and upfront about his services. I was pretty skeptical seeing as their service fee was suspiciously low but I used this company to make the repair and actually felt good about it too! Being in a manufactured home it's very difficult to get anyone to go under the house (understandably) I would not only use them again for future repairs, Joe's welcome back any time!!

Dan was outstanding. He explained the problem, offered possible solutions, and helped work with FPL-Highly recommend Dan and Mac5.

Patrick was very respectful and professional. My problem with them is that they are double and triple the price of other licensed electricians. I had them give me estimates for other electrical work that I needed. The prices were way way too high. Don't get me wrong, I expect a business to make money, but I'm not the government and Mac 5 is not a defense contractor. They spend a lot of money on advertising (or so it seems) and they actually have a sales team. They try to up-sell you on some "yearly membership" that gives you "peace of mind" and a small discount on your next job. It's ridiculous. That should tell you all you need to know about what the customer pays for.

Professional, knowledgeable, and informative. The communication was fantastic! they Called to let me know the technician was on his way, then got a call saying he would be delayed by 45 minutes. I was very impressed with the communication, and he arrived on time. The specialist performed a thorough inspection of all plumbing, pointing out problems and repairing them. I am quite pleased and appreciative to this company; the pricing was very reasonable, and I definitely recommend them. Best experience.

Doug came to my home in regards to my microwave and breakers. He determined that my microwave needed to be replaced. Doug went and got me a new microwave and took out old one and installed the new one. Doug was very professional and very knowledgeable. He went over all the information about my electrical needs that he felt I needed to know. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that would need quality work. I had a backup in the main sewer line that was causing the toilet to backup and the toilet and sinks to leak. Mac's Dan came out on a Saturday and had the whole issue resolved in little over an hour and everything worked great again, getting a plumber on a Saturday can be a nightmare expensive but Mac was affordable especially for coming out on a weekend, I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.
