Me today! Called on Saturday morning and he was at my door by 1:00. It was a challenge finding the water shut off for my Mom’s apt, but he was diligent and thoughtful in his search and made it happen. He could have gotten surly and frustrated, but instead took it in as a challenge and smiled the whole time. Very glad I called MAC 5 Services today! Turned lemons into lemonade for sure. Cheers!

Came out on a Saturday . Diagnosed the issues and fixed it efficiently . Treated the house well and cleaned up the work place. Bryce was courteous , polite and efficient. I am impressed with the service . I would recommend this service strongly

Glenn was on time and knowledgeable. He was courteous as well and although he found an issue that I cannot repair at this time, he said he will send an email quote and we can do the work later.

As a follow up to this, the quote I received to put in a new capacitor and hard start was over $800. I researched the parts and they total around $80. I do not think a 10 time mark up is fair and am glad I did some follow up.

Danny O'Neill was friendly, explanatory, and clear about the issues with my dryer and electrical panel. He made everything easy to understand and didn't price-gouge me. He told me what was crucial to do now and what could wait. I appreciate his clarity and customer-first approach. He was also good with my daughter and dog. Made everything easy as possible for me. I'd tip him $30 as a double bonus if I were his manager.

Gavin was amazing. He was friendly, funny, and professional. He definitely went above and beyond for me. This is my second time with MAC 5 and I will never use another company. You all are super rad.

Gavin is very professional and outgoing. Gavin came out for an install for a water filtration drinking system. Once I opened the box and realized all parts were supplied I didn’t need the services. Gavin explained a whole house water filtration system that would benefit us and left a brochure. When we are ready for one Gavin will be our go to. B K

Carlos was our tech from Mac 5 Services. He was an excellent representative for the company. He was friendly, professional and the repair was quick. The service truck was very clean and I could tell we’ll organized. Customers actually do judge even before entering a home or business for service.

Even before Carlos arrives the Mac 5 scheduler was quick to offer a smile through the phone and a very smooth scheduling.

Alexander was very good! He arrived in less than an hour of being called. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

From appointment call - completed service - working with Mac-5 was great! Alexander, the Mac-5 HVAC tech, came out to check out A/C. He was able to clear the drain line and educate us in proper maintenance going forward! Again, Alexander was very efficient, professional! Thank you, Alexander and Mac-5!!

Very simple plumbing repair. We very very grateful for his honesty and suggestion for the plumbing work needed for my 89 year old mom.
