Dan was amazing! This company responded so quickly, showed up earlier than expected, were extremely professional and courteous and fixed our issue right away. Dan was so great that I felt comfortable to put my baby down for a nap while he was working. I will absolutely use this company again. Highly recommend.

They are super professional and come out right away, but you will pay 2-4x the price of other contractors. We needed a AC condenser replaced (which other places quoted 4-5k) and they wouldn't do it without replacing the (1 year old) outdoor unit as will for 13k. Adding a simple electrical line for a new outlet - $800. Ayiyiyi.

We have used their plumber Ryan, for emergency well issues and he is awesome , super helpful, and he completely streamlined our well lines.

Same day service estimate...Jim B. was very personable and professional. Details of services needed were explained thoroughly, and questions I had were answered. I didn't feel rushed during the estimate, nor did I feel pressured to decide on my options immediately.

Mike Walters came out for a diagnostic on our A/C system. I was initially concerned because he seemed overwhelmed by our system. Turns out, we just have a poorly installed unit, filled with water, and it totally needs to be replaced! Nobody’s fault really, just stressful. Mike was candid but remained tactful and professional. This Florida heat can be a serious downer, but MAC was quick to come out, quick to diagnose and quick to offer a few different solutions! When we are able to get things sorted money-wise, we will be calling on them again for the repairs! Thanks y’all, sincerely.

Sean came out and inspected my electrical system. He was very thorough and explained everything he found. While I wasn’t ready to commit to updating some of my electrical systems just yet, I appreciate the time he took to explain my options. I look forward to working with Mac5 sometime in the future. Christian at the office was very helpful as well.

Absolutely incredible service! From the initial phone call, to the time update, and every interaction, customer service was spot on. Daniel, was my technician. I had an outlet that wasnt working, he Figured out my problem quickly. Found a hot wire that had popped off the outlet in another area and probably saved a future fire. He walked me through every step, and helped me learn. Whoch i appreciated. Had great pricing options, will call mac5 with any electrical issues i ever have. The piece of mind is worth every penny!

The tech Joe P. was very helpful in making sure we had a report that was sufficient for our insurance company for our leak detection testing he did at our home when we discovered a leak. They are also affordable in comparison to other companies!! Thank you
