MAC 5 Services: Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Heating, & Drain Experts

These guys did great on a hot water install last year, but Mac5 called to say it was time for my “free” apt with annual membership last week. Electrician was coming ~9am for easy replacement of light sensor outside and was told we only had to pay for materials + labor to fix that, no service call fee to come out. Instead my wife waited for him til 2:30 or 3pm, and then when he gave us a quote to fix the sun sensor on our landscape lights it was ~$350!! That’s a $10 part and 30min work, I replaced it couple years ago. Felt extremely disrespected and ashamed I fell for the sales pitch.

This was a major in the wall leak. Requiring the re routing of all water pipes through the attic.
The Mac5 team was efficient, and considerate of our needs. After the first day, they were able to make the master bathroom available to us.
Matt, Tony and Andrew were fast, and knowledgeable, answered every question. Amazingly, the job was completed in 2 days!

We used Mac5 to replace our bathroom exhaust fan and to install new ones in the near future. Bryce came out to give us the estimate and he was extremely polite and professional. Mac5 came out really fast to fix a toilet that was leaking and a sink repair. I had two technician's named Micheal. Both were very knowledgeable. I was told I can have my A/C checked for no cost. Everything is working perfectly now. Great service, thanks

Michael that works in plumbing and Dylan that works for the HVAC department are highly recommended to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner.....came to the house after hours and presented themselves as very knowledgeable and understanding to our needs and displeasure at the time. Did a very thorough assessment of the situation, diagnosed the problem and arrived to a solution. Ensured things were done correctly and scheduled a courtesy follow up for the next week to guarantee no unforeseen malfunctions. Excellent service, Job well done, Thank you!!!!

Once again I had great service with Mac5, they were just coming out to do an annual maintenance check on my plumbing, just to make sure everything is working up to par. Josh was very timely and personable friendly and professional.
I’ve been using their services for the last five months, not only to replace my electrical panel, but now, just to do a basic annual maintenance! If you use Mac5 you won’t be disappointed.

When we woke up to warm air instead of comfortable coolness, we knew what happened. Every Floridian knows the mild panic that ensues when you feel the tinge of warmth in your house! Called Mac 5 on a Saturday and they had someone out very quickly. Jim explained what happened to our compressor. I asked for the options and received detailed information and discounts for first responders! He also was able to schedule us for first thing Monday morning. Would recommend and will definitely use again. The next time we call will be for electrical because we have some gremlins in our wiring. Thanks again for a great visit!

Frank was exceptional. He was very helpful and went out of his way to find the correct part to resolve my issue. He quoted me on a few other projects that I have coming up, but I will have to think and research hard because the prices are high. i.e. They charge $350 to install a $15 - $25 part that should technically take under 30 min. But I felt my tech was very helpful, sincere, and trustworthy.

On June 9, 2023, I had Mac 5 services come over to either fix my toilet, or put in a new one. Gavin showed up on time and I decided to go with an a new toilet. I told him what I wanted, he was very helpful, gave me a price, went and bought it, came back and installed it. He was very professional, super nice, very clean and fast, doing an excellent job!. He me told me how long it would take and was right on time. I will use Mac 5 services again and ask for Gavin!
