Received a call back first thing Monday Morning, Dylan was here by 9:45 and had the problem diagnosed shortly thereafter with the part on order. Very pleased with the turnaround time! He and Wes had it installed the next day.

Chase was super! The issue with the water heater is still under warranty. He gave me estimates for the job and eased my mind from what I thought was going to be a huge repair bill. Thanks MAC5.

Called Mac5 to certify my house was grounded before the sale, technician certified it was. My realtor contacted him...turns out he was wrong. We were told 35.00 for the call, he charged us 129.000 to certify. He called to apologize for his error and offered to do the job for an addition 500.00. I agreed because it had to be done, we paid in advance. My realtor found it for half that price. So we went with them. Called Mac5 for a refund... to include the additional over the 35.00... lots of excuses and reasons not to refund, finally they agreed to refund the 500.00 stating it would take 7-10 business days... still haven't seen it. It's been 13 days.

Alexander was extremely personable and professional. He explained everything that he was looking at, as my air was not blowing cold from the vents. Will definitely use this company again, and I will request Alexander!

Very professional, made suggestions on keeping our unit going! Jim is great! However, it's a shame that you have your techs trying to also make sales. It would be nice to get a sheet similar to car dealers where they grade your components (green, yellow or red) and give you an opportunity to review and discuss. We didn't receive anything in writing showing suggestions. Also, we received quotes on some items in the past, and the pricing is outrageous!

Another great job by Mac5. Our tech Jim was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions & concerns about our A/C unit and duct issues. He finished today’s work in a timely manner and also set up for a team to return to complete the rest of the project. And their customer service is exceptional!

**I just noticed google wrote my new review over my old one about Alex & Chris completing our plumbing work they did 5 months ago. Not sure how that happened…. Either way, each time we’ve had Mac5 here it’s been a great experience.

Tanner cleaned out AC air ducts and did a wonderful job. He was professional and efficient. We are pleased with his service and would recommend.

Daniel was amazing! He was able to come out right away to help and gave us multiple options to do our repairs. He was patient and understanding with our 6 year old who loves to ask questions and see everything!
