We just had Shawn come out and perform our preventive maintenance under Hearth & Homes annual maintenance plan. As always, he’s a pleasure to talk to and he’s a very motivated young man! He does exceptional work and is most definitely a “keeper”! He always leaves the area cleaner than he found it 👌 I highly recommend you calling on them or stopping by the showroom to AP talk about their company. Unfortunately, most people I’ve recommended them to, don’t realize that they have been in the AC business for years. Can’t say enough good about their work! Try them! You’ll like’em…

My A/C stopped cooling during the hottest week of the year so far. I called Hearth & Home for a quote and was taken back by the professionalism, experience, and most importantly the empathy that the specialist [Robert and team - you are great!] had towards my situation. I felt like I was taken care of and not being gouged. The financing person [Tania thanks again for the care] offered me several options to choose from in terms of getting the project completed. I am very happy with the service and definitely recommend.

Not a big fan of Hearth and Home. Their scheduling department likes to schedule you early and quickly sometimes even months ahead of your next maintenance period. You will go through the maintenance plan too fast paying more in the end.

Their owner doesn’t care too much on the bad experience and issues their leadership team provides their customer and rarely if ever responds to those issues. You end up with again additional costs.

I didn’t choose them originally for my new AC install. I would have used a much better and reputable company. They installed the wrong AC unit completely the day of installation. The unit I wanted would have taken a few months more and they already dismantled the old unit at the time of install so I wasn’t left with much of a choice and now I have a less efficient unit.

They did give me an extra year of maintenance for the issue. However, they never documented it and that person left by the time it was needed. So I had to complain with all the details I took down at the time it was agreed on and finally after a few weeks they agreed to honor that.

The only plus I could say about their company is their technicians. Robert after the first few people that came out was amazing. I’m just hopeful that I can find someone of that quality again with the next company I go with. Cause I can’t give money to a company whose leadership is so unprofessional to their customers. I’ve held off on this review until the 3 years of maintenance I had from the installation of my new AC, but they never got any better so I’m finally leaving this review.

Be warned. This company also does try to bribe you with a gift card for a 5 star review. So I wouldn’t put too much stock into the overall rating. If you happen to respond with a bad experience, they just ignore your message completely.

Upon coming home from a trip my wife and I discovered our AC system no longer working. The next morning I called Hearth & Home and was immediately attended to and put on their schedule. Their tech Sam came out early that morning and properly diagnosed our problem and provided us with multiple estimates for the new system. He was very knowledgeable about the new Energy Codes and explained why a new system was necessary over a temporary fix. They were back out the next morning and had our new system up and running by noon. The immediate attention we received really cut down on the time we spent in this Florida heat without cool AC. Thank you Tania and your team for the excellent service!

Do not use this company! The five star Google reviews are all paid for with gift certificates from the company. I wish I would have known that in advance.
I was replacing my existing heat pump unit for what I thought was …another heat pump unit. I realized I did not have a heat pump unit after I had turned my heat on one night and my electric bill for that month went up over $30. I called the company, and was advised They did not install a heat pump unit. I requested they remove the existing unit and replace with a heat pump. They quoted me a price to swap it out…Which I agreed to… And then they charged me $900 more than what they quoted me on my credit line. I have asked repeatedly for an invoice detailing the cost and labor, for what was done, and I can’t get one that agrees with the total they’ve billed to my account. Nor Will they adjust the mystery $900 off my account.
I have called and asked repeatedly to speak with the owner who has never returned my call. Whether or not the customer service manager is not referring my call or he just doesn’t care, I don’t know.
I definitely do not recommend this business.

I called Hearth & Home late in the afternoon and they had a tech at my home first thing in the morning. He was courteous, professional and able to resolve the issue within the hour. I've used them for years for my home and office, and highly recommend them without any reservations.

Hearth and Home installed my AC in 2019 and also performs the service twice a year. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I have also referred them to my daughter and mother and they are also pleased. Very good and reputable company to work with!

This was a planned AC maintenance and none too soon. My condensation line was blocked, which is a typical issue with housing designs in Florida. Our AC technician did an excellent job as he was persistent in fixing this problem and performing other AC checks. Well worth the yearly maintenance plan.

The technician was personable and very informative about the HVAC system and steps to take to maintain it. He answered all of my questions with patience and language I could understand. He mentioned some changes I could make to improve the longevity of the system but there was no pressure to purchase anything. I would highly recommend this business.
