We purchased our AC unit here and couldn't be happier! Unfortunately, it had problems twice (NO FAULT OF HEARTH AND HOME) and both times they came out immediately and got us back up and running as soon as possible. Jeremy Sorum was just here to do the routine maintenance and as always professionally explained what he did and what kind of condition our unit is in. I never hesitate to recommend them to our friends.

I have always had good experiences with Hearth and Home and my spring check up was no exception. In fact, Jeremy was simply excellent. Greeted me with a couple of cookies, went about checking my system and replacing filters, and then preformed above and beyond when he not only installed my smart thermostat, but spent time with me making sure I knew how to operate. Friendly, courteous and respectful service with a smile.

We were being proactive before we had any major issues with our AC unit.

Hearth and Home did an excellent job for us. The two installers worked diligently to get the new AC unit installed and operating. Very personable gentlemen who did a great job cleaning up during and after the install was completed. I had to leave before they finished but was confident there would be no issues. Great job to the team at H&H!

Our air conditioner broke last year and I contacted Hearth and Home for a price. I did shop around and found their price comparable but their install time was right away...not three weeks or more. The workers came, as scheduled...on time...and did an awesome job!!! They were cordial and completed the job ON TIME!!! Everyone from this business have been kind, professional and have done exactly what they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone, new or just repairs.

Called to have Unit looked at, heat was not working. Service Technician Jeremy Sorum was out same day and serviced my system and found the problem. He did a great job, very professional. Been using Hearth and home since I moved here in 2004, never been disappointed.

My entire experience with this company has been positive. Today Sam (yes, another Sam) came out to perform semi annual maintenance to ensure the A/C is working efficiently. Sam did a thorough job of checking the unit inside and out including making sure the drain line was clean. I can highly recommend this company. They are family owned and the employees take pride in their work.

Hearth and home were fantastic on the installation of my new A/C. They went above and beyond to make sure I had A/C up and running for labor day weekend (my old A/C stop functioning Wednesday before labor day). In particular Angel and Jeremy who worked tirelessly until 11PM (They started at 9AM and my garage must have been like 100F so very long hours). Throughout the installation Jeremy and Angel were very professional and polite, they are also very knowledgeable about the systems and very willing to explain any questions one may have. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

I recently had a service and repair appt with Jeremy Sorum, and I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness and professionalism he brought to the job. He made the extra effort to go get the shorted out motherboard replacement so as to get our system up and running that day, rather than putting it off till Monday, this was the Friday after Thanksgiving. He deserves an excellent recommendation, and I hope to continue to have him work on my equipment in the future.

I've been using this service for 2 years now and I could not be happier. At first, I thought it was pricey, but they give discounts to continued clients and the service is worth every penny. They are very kind and they explain every detail to you, without being condescending. Really grateful for their service and the lady who answers the phone is knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend ten times over. It's nice to feel like your service provider cares about your home and its needs.
