The service technician was very knowledgeable and helpful about the service he performed. He explained what he was doing and gave me some suggestions on how to maybe, prevent a reoccurance so often of the line getting clogged. I appreciate the excellent service that your company provides.

I bought a new AC 2 years ago, along with the maintenance program. Very happy with the install and the follow-up checks. System is saving ~$30-40/month, and house stays cool now.

We have used Hearth and Home since 2021. They have performed bi-annual preventative maintenance on both our units, replaced worn parts before they failed, and recently installed UV filters in both our air handlers. Their entire staff has been professional and accommodating to our busy schedule. They make sure the entire work area is clean before leaving.

Yousef was extremely professional, and very helpful. An emergency came up during his appointment and he worked with us to get everything done. I am on contract and the company notifies me when it is time for a preventative check. Customer service so far has been very good. Would recommend this company.

Called them late on a Tuesday but they had someone here within the hour and they were able to get my air back up and running.
They cleaned the system and replace the air filter while here. Another execellent job

The technician was instructive on positive things I could do to lengthen the life of my system and prevent problems. He also signed me up for a manufacturer warranty program that I hadn't been aware of and should be beneficial for me.

my split ac unit quit putting out cool air ,they set me up an appointment very quickly for the next day.the service man came on time and replaced a leaking valve. the unit is 13 months old so i did have to pay for service call bur not for parts -good job!
