We have used Hearth and Home since 2021. They have performed bi-annual preventative maintenance on both our units, replaced worn parts before they failed, and recently installed UV filters in both our air handlers. Their entire staff has been professional and accommodating to our busy schedule. They make sure the entire work area is clean before leaving.

Yousef was extremely professional, and very helpful. An emergency came up during his appointment and he worked with us to get everything done. I am on contract and the company notifies me when it is time for a preventative check. Customer service so far has been very good. Would recommend this company.

my split ac unit quit putting out cool air ,they set me up an appointment very quickly for the next day.the service man came on time and replaced a leaking valve. the unit is 13 months old so i did have to pay for service call bur not for parts -good job!
