I was having a minor problem with the thermostat, and Jeremy showed up right on time to survey the situation. He figured it out very quickly and had it fixed and operational in very little time. He even checked out a few other things while he was here and gave me advice on how to get the most out of my system. I was very happy with the service I got from Hearth & Home, and Jeremy was very knowledgeable and proficient.

Had a great experience with Hearth and Home! I’ve had multiple HVAC professionals look at my system before and none of the things they tried fixed the entire problem. However, Jeremy Sorum was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to pinpoint my exact issue as well as pointing out a few preventative maintenance things that everyone else failed to mention. WOW! We bought a spa from Mr. Fireplace/Hearth and Home and Rob Christian, the same technician that installed our spa came to repair our A/C!!! We called on a Saturday and spoke with a very nice lady on the phone, and Rob called us within 15-20 minutes and sent a text message that he would be on his way. The time from our phone call to his arrival was about an hour. He was EXCELLENT! Knew exactly what the problem was, explained it, fixed it, gave us great information about as to why we should have a service contract on our units, and we are going to sign up! Thanks, Rob for your AMAZING service and professionalism.

I am changing my review today from my previous 5 star. I was highly disappointed in the Annual Maintenance that I received. I understand that we have signed the paper agreeing that it was satisfactory and I am asking for nothing in return. I just want to let people know that they need to ask what will actually be done at the annual maintenance. According to their website it includes lubricating moving parts, cleaning and adjustment of blower components, checking thermostat settings. I also assumed that there would be cleaning of condenser coils as every other company offers that. I take responsibility for not verifying what exactly was to be completed. I was informed that cleaning is not part of the annual maintenance and that no other company would be doing anything more. Essentially annual maintenance is just a check list that they mark that they completed things. I was not home during the time it was completed but my father was. He said he did not check the blower and only made recommendations on an observation of a vibration (which we mentioned when I ordered the maintenance) He said looking at the blower wasn't part of maintenance. He removed the washable filter on the air handler in the garage and told us to only use the one on the air return near the ceiling in the living room. He never looked at what was up there. Also even though R410A was marked on our paper my dad was told it was R22. The technician did respond to all questions that were asked and was very polite and professional. The company was definitely responsive to follow up on if we wanted a new unit that was quoted installed and if we can move forward.

My thermostat stopped working and the repairman was at my house within one hour. The drain needed to be cleaned out and they had my a/c running within 30 minutes.

They installed my a/c unit some years ago and I have used them since. They do my maintenance2x a year always fantastic service. No matter what they are right there to help Thanks guys. You know it’s a good company when the same employees are still there. Kudos to everyone.

Purchased a j315 hot tub. Dan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions I had about the tub. He even showed up to my house on the date of the install to ensure everything went smoothly while setting the tub in place. The two other installers were friendly and efficient in setting up the new tub and explaining to me how everything works. All in all I am very satisfied with their services.

We set up an appointment with Hearth and Home to have our AC unit cleaned. Jeremy Sorum came out and serviced our unit. He was an exceptional young technician. He gave us information and suggestions for maintenance of our vents and water heater and walked outside with us to address a couple of problem areas to keep an eye on. As a result of his knowledge and willingness to explain things, I will always ask for him in the future.

My AC decided to stop cooling this (holiday) weekend. I contacted Hearth and Home and requested their senior technician Jeremy Sorum. I have used Jeremy for years, even before he joined the H&H team. He has always been professional and knowledgeable and able to identify and resolve my problem expeditiously. Over the years I have come to have a high level of confidence in his work and will not hesitate to call him whenever the need arises.
