Jeremy Sorum came out as part of the USA maintenance contract. He was on time and professional. Additionally, he took the time to explain some things we could do to improve the lifetime of our AC equipment, which was nice because we are new homeowners. Very happy with the service!

We just purchased a new spa from Mr. fireplace.They took away our old spa and brought the new one exactly the time they promised. They also send someone over to help us understand how it works. Dan was a tremendous help to us through the whole process and Dan and Rob really know their stuff. We appreciated all they did. We love our spa. We recently relocated to Melbourne and needed a new air conditioning system for our house and my husband told me to get 3 estimates. I called 3 companies to give me a price and only one showed up, but was over an hour late and his truck leaked oil all over our driveway! Not Happy. I found Hearth and Home on Angie's List and they had an A-Rating and the reviews were impressive. The office was great and the technician showed up on time and was so professional...I couldn't believe it. Uniformed, New Van -- NO LEAKS on our driveway. Their price was within our budget and installed the next day! I love my new system!! : )

Jeremy Sorum came to our home to repair my A/C. He was very nice and professional. He installed faulty part, discussed proper care and maintenance with me, flushed the lines and made sure everything was working before he left. I appreciate his attention to detail. Thank you.

On Thursday, June 6th at about 2:30p.m., my husband walked into a very warm house. He knew right away that our a/c was acting up. He called the company that replaced our motor last year to have a tech come out and they told him they wouldn’t be able to come out until the next day and any repairs wouldn’t be done until the following week. He contacted me and I did some research and found Hearth and Home.

Exceptional service from my initial phone call at about 3:05 p.m. to the tech’s arrival (which was not long after) and work on our unit. Timely dispatching of a tech to our home!! Jeremy Sorum (tech) expertly diagnosed and repaired our a/c. Fantastic on-site service! Very honest. We highly recommend them! They have a customer for life. They installed a Mitsubishi ductless system with 3 zones. They were precisely on time, complered the install in one day and left no sign of being there other than a quiet system. All for a very fair price. They were completely professional and did everything they promised. No problem recommending them.
