I had an older air conditioner and was having issues with it. I called Hearth and home, and they responded quickly. Robert came out and was able to diagnose the problem right away and get me up and running again. He had recommended a new system, but I was not ready to make the purchase. About 2 weeks later I had another issue and Hearth and home once again got a tech to my home quickly. Sam found the problem right away and once again was able to get my system running. By this point I'd had enough with the system and decided to purchase a new unit. The service manager Rick provided me with a fair quote and was able to offer to install the next day. Robert and Harold were the install technicians and not only did they do a great job installing the new unit, but they showed the utmost care wearing shoe booties in the house to protect my floors, kept the job clean and left their work areas spotless. Great job Hearth and Home! Highly recommended!

This is a great company to deal with! We bought a new unit about 7 years ago and bought the maintenance plan for it. It has worked great, and the couple of times we have had a funky problem with it we could call them anytime 24/7 and get ahold of someone to give us advice on it. This time, Jeremy Sorom came out to do the maintenance and he was super. Very informative and did a little extra for us with cleaning out the outside unit. (We didn't realize so much debris had gotten in it.) But, he cleaned it all out and gave us other advice, also.

They have been checking our AC since we got it 9 years ago. Always a positive experience.

This company was from a referral. They have an awesome a/c maintenance plan. It’s a super value fir service twice a year. A message was sent ahead of the techs arrival. He was knowledgeable, he was experienced, and didn’t sell anything like parts or extra Freon. He even checked my insulation b/ I was complaining of always being hot in back bedroom.

I had Jeremy Sorum the Sr. Service Technician come to do my AC maintenance. He went above and beyond servicing my AC unit and educated me regarding routine maintenance. He taught me things about the AC unit I had not been told before when using another company for my AC at another home I had. I will no longer use the other company and will request Jeremy Sorum for all my AC needs in the future. I'm sure he is a valued employee for Hearth and Home. He truly cares about his customers. Thank you Mr. Sorum. See you in 6 months.

Our Service Technician, Jeremy Sorum, was so good. He was so knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and give me the information I need to use and maintain our fireplace safely for years to come. He was also helpful answering questions I have about potentially converting our wood burning fireplace into a gas fireplace one day. Awesome customer service and excellent care and concern for my home. Great experience Jeremy! Keep up the good work!!!

EXCELLENT!! I called Hearth & Home today when my AC stopped working. I am so glad I called them since the technician arrived within a few hours. Jeremy Sorum was the technician and when he arrived he looked at the AC unit and diagnosed the problem in no time flat! He immediately went to work to flush the system. The AC is running great now! Very happy with the outstanding work and timely service. I definitely recommend Hearth & Home.

After a nightmare experience with another company, our neighbor recommended Hearth and Home to us. So glad we gave them a try. They were professional on every level of the business from the people who answer the phones to the technicians who actually perform the work. One technician in particular, Jeremy Sorum stands out for his level of service. Friendly and very knowledgeable, respectful of our home (he wears shoe covers and cleans up any spills that may occur) and very experienced and efficient at his job. Thank you Jeremy for always making us feel confident that we chose the right company.

The folks at Hearth & Home were great. We called them on recommendation from one of my wife's coworkers. Sarah was our first point of contact and could not have been more helpful. She explained service options and could not have been nicer.
I was impressed that they were able to be there the next day at 8:30 am for the condo service and then followed us to our home for service.
Angel was our tech and was polite and professional. He was on time and completed both services by 11:30.
I highly recommend them and they are now my new HVAC company.
