The tech, Sean, was fantastic. Quickly identified the issue as a failed blower motor and module. He also performed the repair quickly and efficiently. H&H didn't try to up-sell me a new system and stuck to repairing just blower motor I needed. The price seemed fair.

The only negative is that it was very painful to get communication out of the office. Every communication instance was initiated by me. Overall, the process from identifying the issue to repair was just under a week and some proactive communication would have been nice.

We use Hearth and Home for maintenance of our AC units. Whenever we have an issue they are always available and everyone who comes to our house is very professional. We had to coordinate an HVAC disconnect/reconnect a few days before a big project and Hearth and Home accommodated our schedule and ensured we were not long without AC. Great company to work with.

Hearth and Home Heating & Cooling company initially installed my A/C unit. Yesterday, I called the company that my motor fan is not working. I talked to nice lady Glenda and she assured me that she will send a knowledgeable technician to my house to replace my motor fan. Robert Wise showed up and diagnostic the problem and he answered all my concerns and questions. I was happy with the service and recommend to others to contact the company if they have any A/C issues.

The guys who installed our new AC system did such an excellent job! They worked very hard and were very efficient and left everything so clean! Very polite and pleasant and thorough. Everything is working beautifully. They went the extra mile and cleaned out the drain pipe, checked the exhaust on the roof, and everything. They even rolled up our extension cord and put it back in its place. I have already recommended your company to my coworkers. Thanks for the great job! If they were my employees I'd give them a bonus or even a raise. Very impressed.

Very knowledgeable technician got my AC back to cooling in no time. Will use these folks again if there is a need.

Thanks to Rob and Hearth and Home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. There was a little confusion with our paperwork/warranty in the office, but Rob was able to work with the office and get it fixed. We are loyal Hearth and Home customers.

I highly recommend Hearth and Home. We have used them for annual service of our AC's for several years and they are always accommodating, efficient, and friendly. The technician today, Shawn M., was great- he showed up on time, serviced the AC's, and let me know what he did/found. You will not be disappointed with this company!

Tech explained what other updates to my system that would be helpful to my A/C system. I will consider updating my filtering package for health reasons. I appreciated his help. When I need any future service I will ask if he is available and request his service.
