Jeremy Sorum came out to our house today to do a regular maintenance for our air conditioner. He really took his time to service it and went above and beyond to explain how to maintain it. He is a great technician, very knowledgeable. We will definitely ask for him next time.

My AC broke on Saturday Memorial Day Weekend. I called Hearth & Home around 10 am, the nice lady said someone would call me shortly, within 15 min Robert called and said he was on the way and would be there within 30-45 min and he was. He was extremely nice, professional and most important knowledgeable. He showed us the problem, walked through what he could do to help us through the weekend and checked out the rest of the unit.. it is a 15 years old- we knew it needed to be replaced. He gave us options on replacing, fair pricing and then fixed ours with new motor and Freon so we could make it through holiday weekend. He was back out on Tuesday with Harold (I requested him through the office, because he is very knowledgeable) they were here all day (10hours) he took the time to explain everything to me on how to maintain, new thermostat and they cleaned everything up better than when they came. I could recommend a better team. You hear bad stories about some AC companies, but I did research and by far the best pricing, best service and they gave me the unit that meets my needs.

Called about a problem with an out door fireplace on Friday, they came out Monday morning, ahead of schedule, and fixed it within 30 minutes. The technician Jeremy Sorum was fantastic, also gave me a few tips on maintenance and replaced some screws just so they looked nicer.

The company was great when they sold and installed the fire place 5 years ago, but they were even better when we needed help.

Highly recommend them!

Jeremy Sorum performed my HVAC maintenance today. He went above and beyond his job, taking the time to give me tips on how to improve my system's longevity. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to talk to. Five stars for Jeremy!

I called this morning about getting my air conditioner service in a home I just recently purchased, everything was set up for service for this afternoon. The office was very friendly and explained the Maintenance Program. I was text by Jeremy Sorum who was assigned for my service, I was kept advised on the appointment time
and also when he was enroute.
Jeremy was very professional and explained everything he was doing during the service.

A fantastic, first time service experience with this Hearth & Home on April 8, 2019. Not only the initial request to the main office for a total A/C checkup before the summer months, but because of the best A/C Technician in the business.... Jeremy Sorum. Had been using another Heating & Cooling company in the past solely since Jeremy was located there......NOT anymore!! I've followed Jeremy to Hearth & Home and will continue to be a loyal customer of this Hearth & Home Company. You CAN NOT get any better reliable, trustworthy service than this!!!

I hired H&H to do an annual maintenance and cleaning of my wood-burning fireplace. The technician showed up on time and was very nice and got right to work. When he turned on the vacuum cleaner to begin cleaning, the filter was not in place which led to my fireplace soot being deposited throughout my entire home. I was in disbelief! The technician was shocked and very upset at what had happened and was very apologetic. He promptly called his office to let them know what happened and seemed very upset by the incident. I had just paid to have my house cleaned two days prior and was not happy. He was kind enough to offer some compensation which was not my goal nor expected but was appreciated.. A very simple cleaning & maintenance call turned out to be a huge mess for me.There was no offering to clean up the mess.
I understand these things can happen but I would highly recommend that prior to turning on any equipment that has a filter be checked prior to the actual cleaning to avoid this happening in another customers home.
Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.

I would like to make an edit to my original post: the manager of the store called me later in the day to let me know the owner felt bad about what occurred and offered me a full refund on the service. I did let her know that that was never my intention to get anything for free but was about the poor experience overall. These are nice people and I realize things happen. It becameobvious to me that good customer service is important to them therefore I would give them a try in the future. Thank you Home & Hearth for your acknowledgment it was very much appreciated.

Jeremy was prompt, courteous, respectful, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and most efficient!
