Dave did the maintenance from hearth & Home. The maintenance was through, his work was well done and did more than required.

The day after having my coil replaced the a/c stopped working again. A service tech arrived shortly after being called and discovered a leak in a line that supplies coolant from the outside unit to the inside unit. Due to the tech not having the equipment to correct the problem at that time the repair was rescheduled to the next day.
The next morning Robert and Travon arrived to run new lines up through the attic and down to the outside unit. Within a few hours they had the system up and running just like new.

I called the service for the AC diagnosis at a resident home. Technician came and did a general diagnosis for 10' and found the system was low on refrigerant, a leak detection.

Charged me $180+ for this part of work. I then requested for an estimate to fix the issue, the quote was $1,300+ to do another throughly leak detection just to find the real causes. The cost to fix the problem with AC will be determined/quoted after the 2nd diagnosis.

I called another service for 2nd opinion, they came and worked on the same day for the cost of much less than the 2nd diagnosis quote from Hearth and Home Air Conditioning.

I would not recommend this service.

Jeremy was our technician for installation of a new coil on our AC system. He has been our tech on a couple previous occasions and has always been courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. We have been pleased with his work each time he has been to our home. Our new coil was installed in a very neat and efficient manner. He always makes good suggestions and looks to improve our equipment whenever possible. He does a very nice job overall and gets three thumbs up from us.

I highly recommend asking for Jeremy Sorum at Hearth for any of your AC needs. I called yesterday needing an appointment for today, and Hearth was able to accommodate me. I had an appointment with another local AC company to clean my coils and cancelled it after Hearth quoted me $200 less and came out the next day. Jeremy was amazing. He called ahead of time as promised and arrived during the schedule time. He went over his work with me every step of the way to ensure I understood what he was talking about. He recommended a couple additional items that could save me in the long run and I didn’t not feel like he was just trying to sell me a service I didn’t need. The other local AC company tried to actually sell me an entire new unit when mine is functioning just fine. Jeremy even cleaned the exterior of my unit and left his work space cleaner than when he came. His honest and upfront approach definitely won me over as a customer for life.

This is the best company of any kind that I have ever dealt with! The owner, John came out to give us an estimate and then scheduled us the very next day to install. They were very professional very nice and full of information. The new compressor had a small leak which was fixed and I was happy. My system is great, coolest my home has ever been. The next day they came back to put my grills in for my returns and the owner called them to tell them a new compressor was on its way to install. Even though everything was perfect he wanted us to have a new one since the one they had installed the day before had the little leak from the manufacturer. Another company probably would not have done that. If you are in need this is the company to deal with.

I highly recommend Hearth and Home for any A/c repair or system replacement. They have serviced 2 of my home systems for years and I can’t say enough good things about them. They always provide exceptional service and go above and beyond to alert me of potential issues before I have an issue.
When my A/c recently shut off they came to my house immediately, flushed my drains and had my air back on quickly. Both Robert and Jeremy (techs) very knowledgeable and professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. Again, great company and service, highly recommend!
