I called late on a Sunday night and a Technician was at my home within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my ac. He had it up and running in no time. I have used this company before and will continue to do so.

2 words, great service! Jose, our technician from Cool Air USA did a great job! He came within the hour, made a thorough analysis to find out the issue and fix it. Our AC needs more work but he left the machine working.
Not only did a great job, he was nice to explain what he was doing and how the machine works and should work. Also gave me good recommendations on how to choose a new thermostat based on what I want.
Again, great service but also nice and polite. Definitely recommended.

Cool Air fixed my HVAC right away when I had an issue. They were courteous and responsive to my requests and pricing was fair.

The technician was on time, highly professional and competent. The issue was resolved successfully once parts were available the following day.

Service was on a busy Saturday after noon and technician arrived in just a few hours to handle AC emergency.

Service was professionally repaired with complete explanation and attached pics of what the problem looked like and also pics of the repair after it was completed.

If service remains this professional and efficient in future repairs then Cool Air USA will always be my go to AC repair and installation company.-Dennis L

Jose did a superb job in repairing our AC unit. He actually came over on Thanksgiving morning to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, he couldn’t fix it then because it required a proprietary part from Lennox. This was ordered the following morning and he returned on Monday for the installation. The drain line was also impossibly clogged so two days later, he had to replace the entire line after getting permission from the owner of the condo. He was totally professional and very pleasant to work with, a great guy! Thanks again, Jose!

The service workers did a magnificent job, they went above and beyond completing their responsibilities I would recommend this company to anyone, they are second to none!
