Had a great experience with CoolAir air conditioning company. Our unit wasn’t cooling well and Yuri came and fixed everything right up. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend this company, because they are responsive, one doesn’t have to wait long to get service, and they do a great job.

The technition, Junior was professional, quite knowledgeable, and communicated the issue clearly. He replaced the part quickly, and my Mom was able to enjoy her air conditioned home once again. Excellent pricing as well! Thank u!

I must say, the repairman, Zeke was an impressive professional. He did a great job having AC run efficiently. Addressed my inquiries and concern and edified me. I had a terrific experience with Cool Air USA replacing three units in our house. They gave us a good price and were responsive and prompt from quote through installation. The technicians who came on site were high quality and knowledgeable. I really appreciated how clean they were and the setup of the units was well done (see pictures). It was a big job and they got it done quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I had been dealing with a broken HVAC system for the past few months and decided to finally get a new one. I called COOL AIR USA and they came out to assess the property on Monday about 1 hour after I called the company, Kensy gave me a few options on the new units and helped me pick the best one for my home. Within the same week on Friday my new HVAC system was ready to install. Not to mention when they did come out to assess they left a temporary air unit so that I didn’t have to suffer in the heat while waiting on a new unit. The two gentlemen that came out to install the new HVAC system Leonard and Antonio did an absolute AMAZING JOB !! They were both very polite and courteous left my home very clean after the installation. I would recommend this company to anyone!! Look no further COOL AIR USA is the way to go !! I truly appreciate everyone who called to keep me up to date throughout the whole process.

Alfred did such a great job on our unit. He was very thorough and made sure all was done correctly. Cool Air was also able to schedule the appointment for the very next day. We will definitely be calling them again if needed.

It was getting too warm in my Florida home one evening. The AC was blowing air but not cooling. About 10:00 pm, I went online to Cool Air USA and used their live chat to register my problem (imagine the thrill of being able to communicate with a real person). The next morning, just after 8:13 am, I received a call scheduling a Technician's visit between 1-4 pm. The Technician, Zeke, called me when he was 10 minutes from arriving - and arrived at 1:35 pm. He got the problem solved and made some very useful and appreciated recommendations - all of which I acted on. He was never "hard sell" -- and I felt he was truly looking after my best interests. In summary, Zeke was friendly, professional, and efficient. I'm now enjoying the chill I get from my AC again.

Cool Air replaced my two water cooled heat pump A/C units with 2 new Bosch Whisper Quiet units. The process was pleasant from the very beginning. They answered all my questions and concerns.
On the day of installation the crew of 3 arrived promptly. Their attention to detail and the care they took in not damaging my residence was exemplary. The installation went smoothly. When they were done they explained the operation of the units, how to maintain them, and answered all of my questions.
Leo, Gary, and D.J. did an excellent job. I would use them again and I highly recommend this company!!!
