Returned home from travel and AC was not working properly. Called and operator assisted over the phone until a tech could arrive the following day. Tech was on time, showed great courtesy and helpful.

They are always available. They answer the phone and send someone over in a timely manner. They are nice, respectful and it was a pleasure working with them. Highly recommended!!!

Leo is the best technician! Our thermostat wasn't working, so we called Cool Air and they sent someone out to see us within 2 hours. Our technician Leo was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and we were in a good spot. Turns out we had a blown transformer and fuse. We know nothing about A/C systems, and he explained everything to us. If you call Cool Air, I hope you are lucky enough to have Leo sent to you!!

I had never used this company before, and I rarely write reviews but this time I had to. Over the course of a week, three different technicians came out to help diagnose and work on my AC unit, and they were all extremely knowledgeable, polite and on time. Peterson went above and beyond what I’ve ever encountered with anyone doing any work at my house, he was an absolute gentleman, was thorough and just incredibly kind. Same with Dennis who came out the next day to complete the job. He was such a nice guy and handled everything perfectly. I’m happy to say that I’ve found my new go to company for all of my AC needs. Thanks again guys!

I have used CoolAirUSA 3 times for preventative care and fixing our AC unit and every time they exceed expectations. They are prompt, responsible, to get the work done with full transparency.
