Great work on my recent project. I appreciated when the technician showed off in less than 2 hours.
Technician Leo came to my house and demonstrated to have excellent knowledge of A/C business, easy to work with, the explanations and options were very clear, he was very polite, he answered all my doubts and questions, I felt no pressure when he advised me about my options. I Definitely will call back.

Lior B was very professional and attentive and helped to get our AC running again in a timely manner!

This outfit does good work and even had experience in the very building where we replaced an A/C recently. Remember the $79.99 initial visit (diagnosis?) gets applied to your final bill should you go ahead and get the work done by Cool Air USA.

Just want to say that Xavier did a great job in not only fixing the problem with the A/C system but also took the time to thoroughly review and clean out all the gunk found in the pipes. He also provided me with details on how to properly maintain it. All in all he definitely represented the company and provided exceptional customer service!!! Thanks Xavier!!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Cool Air USA. We had been without AC in our home for four days after a reputable company examined our unit and determined it required a complete coil replacement.

They said the parts were on “order”, but we never got the impression that our situation was a priority for them (did not get tracking information, proposed repair date, etc).

Out of desperation to get out of the south Florida heat, we called around to see if anyone had availability to help us. Cool Air USA answered the call, came out to our home within a few hours, and completed the job for less money than the other company.

My technician was a true professional. All business. Welding, plasma cutting, diagnostics, and extraordinarily timely.

I got a few estimates for a new HVAC system and one of the estimates was from Cool Air USA. They sent a technician to take a look at my home and existing HVAC system so they could give me the estimate. I told them I wanted a dual stage system. They sent me an estimate for a dual stage Carrier system. Based on their online reviews and zero interest financing for 18 months, I selected them to install the new HVAC system. On the day of the installation, two technicians arrived with the new system. They looked inside the closet where the air handler was located. I then found out that the dual stage HVAC that I agreed to and wanted would not work due to limited space in the closet. I was disappointed because I really wanted a dual stage system and a technician had already come out to look at the space, take measurements and take pictures to make sure what I wanted would work within the space I had. I was told that they could sell me a single stage system and the price difference would be approximately $800 less than the dual stage system. Although I didn't really want a single stage system, I agreed to it anyway. The two technicians worked hard and did a good job with the new installation. They were professional and seemed to know what they were doing. The city inspection was passed.

Leo from Cool Air arrived on time. He was scheduled to come only a couple of hours after my phone call. He checked both the outdoor and indoor units and used different tools to diagnose before providing different solutions. He provided detailed advice about future systems when I asked. He also educated me on simple ways to use and service, my AC unit to extend the life and efficiency of the unit. He got the unit running more efficiently and fast without costing me an arm and a leg. I have been with cool air for 15+ years and because I go to them for all my AC needs they give me a discount every time.
