I received three quotes to install a new 3 ton 16 seer ac unit with heat in my home. Cool Air USA was the most knowledgeable, responsive and best price. They had multiple units in stock and provided me with two different brand and system options. They installed uv and cleaning fan systems along with the unit at a great price compared with others. They could install the fastest and I was really happy with the overall experience with the company. Adam in sales was super nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. The install was done by Michael and his partner. They both were professional and my new ac was installed quickly and done correctly. Thanks Cool Air USA

The AC unit was not good, I called Cool Air over the weekend and they came and prepared an offer, and after my approval they started the installation early Monday and everything was ready at the same day. I am happy with my new AC.

Needed to replace transformer and contacts after a short circuit. Thanks for the amazing service! Second time using their service. First time was for C-wire installation for new smart thermostat which they also did very well! Much better service and price than other companies I tried.

Lior/Leo (sp?) was great. He was professional, explained what he was doing and why, showed us what he was doing, trouble shot a couple of things, gave us some tips and took the time needed to be sure everything was done. Can not compliment him enough.
