Very happy with this company, highly recommend. Did a great job and coordinated with me being out of state.

Denise cleaned the coils and repaired a leak in my ac. He was very professional. Company responded timely and were in my home same day I contacted them. Only down side they were a bit pricey but I agreed as I needed the ac repaired asap.

My Tech came with in the allotted time frame. He was respectful of my home by taking his shoes off at the door as he entered and re-entered. Very quick servicing. He also checked on my out door unit as well. In addition a report with photos was delivered via email before he left the house. So far feels like a honest company doing good work for their customers.

A big “thank you” for all involved in this most pleasant experience. To the icon in charge, who connotes what is the “matter” that truly matters day by day-Respect to you, as you are truly on another level.

There is no embellishment of the experience with this company. If you use them, you will be "hooked" as they insure that the customer is completely satisfied.

First: David came to my and my mother-in-laws place to do a complete check up. Arrived on time introduced himself and showed me everything that was going on (Taking Photos of everything) and did everything with the up most professionalism.
Then we went to my mother-in-laws, did the same, while in the middle notified us with bad news with all honesty and photos accordingly told us that the compressor did not have much time after 16 years. David got the estimate so we set up the time and day for the replacement, less than 48 hours, Wow that's fast.
Secondly: Bill and Robert came two days later to install the new unit..... If I ever have any problems these Men will be received like family. They were early and were very, very professional as well. Taking photos and showing, explaining to me everything they were doing. They made it so much easier to explain to my Mother-in-law what they did.
Lastly; I must say that if anyone tells me that they need Air Service I will recommend no other than Cool Air USA..... They are the Best!!!! In Service and the Best People!!!! Please tell David, I will see him next year for our yearly checkup.

I used this company twice before and they are very good. They are very informative. First guy gave good maintenance tips on the ac, and second technician really taught me about the current ac I have and what to expect. They are my to go company for my ac issues, I don't feel like they try to sell me unnecessary stuff.
Got my whole ac redone on last call, so fae so good. Happy with their service, they explain things.

My system needed a tune-up and freon. The technician did a gerything and making reat job of checking everything and making the needed adjustments. I'm ready for Summer!

I called them on a Friday and within 2 hours a tech was onsite. Explained what the problem was and got me a quote within minutes. My unit was old so parts weren’t easy to fiind, just FYI. Told me on Monday morning they’ll be out to replace and within 1 hour of arriving the AC was cranking in the house. These guys have never failed me, great job!!

Adam was an amazing help from start, was able to negotiation a quote and answer my many many questions, he followed up too which was helpful, Julian had knowledge and was very helpful. Technicians were quite and worked hard, assisted with my recommendation when needed, they cleaned up after the work was done.
