By far one of the best companies to work with. They give the best prices and definitely be other competitors and pricing. Best service I’ve ever had from a technician to the customer service. Definitely recommend this company for all of your air conditioning needs.

Cool Air USA is a great company. My AC motor broke making my house unbearable due to the heat. I contacted Cool AIr USA requesting service but there was no readily technicians available. After informing them that I had a young baby in the house, Cool Air USA went above and beyond to get a technician out to my house the same evening. Unfortunately, the part needed was not readily available. I was informed that they will have it the next day but does not have a technician available for installation until 6pm. Again, they went above and beyond by arriving at my house at 10:25 am. Just awesome!!!…

The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was also empathetic to the fact that the comfort and wellbeing of my family was of utmost importance. The company did not try to swindle me by upcharging, and made every effort to make sure the system was restored promptly, despite it being a weekend in the winter season. My Nest thermostat began malfunctioning on a Friday night, shutting down every 2 minutes. I called Cool Air, and chose them because they're a newer company and felt they deserved a chance at my business, and they didn't disappoint. I called on a Saturday 2pm, and the technician, Jose, was at my house by 5pm. Detected the problem not coming from my thermostat but from my outside compressor relay, replaced it, and resolved the problem by 7:30pm. Excellent experience, and I highly recommend them.

The technician called prior to his arrival of our appointment window. When he arrived he was very profession and addressed all concerns and answered questions. He informed us that our system was operating the way it should be and that if we have any issues or concerns that would should not hesitate to call.
