My a/c stopped working very late at night. After attempting to figure out what was wrong by checking the thermostat, I opened up the a/c closet door and saw that a red light was lit up on my 6-month old unit. This worried me, so I called and spoke with an answering service operator. I was asked if this was an emergency. I wasn't sure because of the red light. I decided to turn off the a/c because it was the middle of the night, and said it was not an emergency. She said someone would call me in the morning. I received that call bright and early and ultimately spoke with Adam. He told me that the red indicator light went on because the drain pipe was clogged. Since I know how to clear it (but not like a professional cleaning), Adam agreed that I should try and if not successful, he would send a service tech.
I cleared what I could, but knew I would feel more comfortable if a tech came to check. So I called back and the technician, Zeke, came out. He was on time, polite, informative and answered all of my questions. What I had done had cleared the short, straight top portion of the pipe, but Zeke cleared the whole thing with machinery that really does a much better job than I ever could. He also checked the compressor, which is on the roof of my building. Glad I called to have someone come and check the clog, and glad I met Zeke. He made a very good impression.

I had a Labor Day emergency and the Cool Air USA professionals visited on a holiday to identify the issue and had the parts and repair completed in less than 24 hours. Leonard and his team member were great at installing the new parts and had my house cooling off in a few hours.

I had Zeke as a team professional. He was amazing. He had to make a trip to Home Depot for a new circuit breaker and returned and fixed the unit quickly. He was very professional, practiced all safety precautions and wore a mask. He was great! I wish all service techs were as good and reliable as he. Thanks Zeke and Cool Air USA.

I've used Cool Air USA on three different occasions. Each time they've sent three different techs and everytime I receive the same service. Knowledgeable, efficient and professional.
I know nothing about HVAC work but they explain things to me so I can understand and give me tips to better maintain my equipment as well.
The pricing is pretty reasonable and they don't try to upsell me. I would definitely recommend Cool Air USA to everyone I know!

They did a detailed analysis and gave me a quick review and analysis with detailed description. The system was in great shape and gave some recommendations and asked if it was something I could perform myself or if I would prefer they did it before they left. I was able to do most myself but needed them for one. It was finished quickly and cleanly at a very fair price.
The no pressure and courteous service was the most satisfying part. The gentleman's name was Peterson and represented the company so well that we have will have this company on our first call list whenever we need our air conditioning service work done.
