This company really cares about excellent customer service. I have used them two times in the past year for a/c repair and they did not disappoint. My tech both times was Johnny, who was pleasant, professional, patient and knowledgeable.
Additionally, I find that the costs associated with the services they offer are reasonable, especially when compared to other HVAC repair companies.

The technician that worked on my ac yesterday 5/29 was great! I honestly forgot his name. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get my ac up and running in no time!!! He also recommended putting in a uv light to combat any buildup and kill any bacteria that may form inside the unit due to water/moisture.

From beginning to start Cool Air was very professional and prompt. I had no wait time to speak with a representative and was able to schedule an appointment to check my HVAC system on the same day. The AC Tech, Alfred, came on time, was very knwoledeable and was able to determine the issue with my AC unit very quickly. He was kind and very profesional, honestly some of the best customer service I have had in a long time! The issue was resolved on the first visit and he provided great tips and recomendations to help improve my AC unit. I would highly recommend Cool Air USA to anyone who was to install or get their AC unit checked. Truly a great experience!

Was very satisfied with the experience. The company was able to provide someone to remove my issues in a very quick manner. As promised I was contacted by the Service Technician and given a time when he would arrive and he arrived as promised. Technician was very professional and completed the work to my satisfaction. Company provided discount off initial price and followed up on repair the next day to make sure the service was performed and the AC system was working.
