They were amazing! Everyone was extremely professional and friendly and everyone provided exemplary service. The work we needed was complicated and frustrating but Alexander AC came through. They made me feel at ease, they did all they could to trouble shoot and repair the problem. We finally had to just install a new system but after doing some research and getting many quotes, Alexander was still the top pick. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much!

I had a new AC unit installed after the last one died in the middle of the summer. They reached out recently and let me know I had a certificate for a followup inspection to make sure things were still running smooth. Nice to get this reminder, because I had completely forgotten.

Technician David Quirk came out this morning and went above and beyond in my opinion. He handled all of the technical bits and even talked me through what he was doing (I like to learn these things). He gave me some QOL pointers for maintenance in general and let me know what to look out for and when to call.

I really value diligence and hard work and David demonstrated both. Get more Techs like David and keep them around. I have confidence this unit will last if I stay on top of it and reach out if anything looks or sounds out of place.

I own multiple rental properties and have used a number of A/C companies over the years. About five years ago I started using Alexander Air. I have found their prices to be fair and an excellent value given the outstanding service.

Alexander Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc.installed a replacement air conditioning and heating system system for me several years ago in an older home and have faithfully serviced it ever since. They are responsive to any issues and the folks who come have always been courteous and professional. I find their costs have always been reasonable and the equipment they recommend to be reliable.. I plan to have them replace my ducting this fall to improve my system efficiency. I would and have recommended them to anyone needing air conditioning service or replacement.

I've been a customer of Alexander Air Conditioning for more than eight years. They installed our system, so we primarily only need to call them for annual maintenance, but I can tell you that these folks consistently show up when they say they will, and they don't stop until the problem is solved. They provide quality products and their service technicians are polite, careful and skilled. I would recommend them for both sales and service.

Very happy with their quick response time and professionalism. David Quirk was the technician that came out and he was so friendly and gave me good advice that I didn’t know. He identified the problem, got the part and fixed it in very little time while working in the rain. Going without AC in Florida is awful so I’m extremely happy with this company.

Alexander A/C just installed a new unit for me in my home. It works great. The guys were very professional and helpful with any questions I had. The price of the system was fantastic as opposed to other places. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Either for service or for a new system!

This is a crooked company and should be avoided at all cost. They came to my home and sabotaged my AC unit. My AC was working fine, but loud. They came, told me it was nothing they could do and tried to charge me money that they did not say I’d be charged up front in the phone. The next day my fan stopped working (which was NEVER A PROBLEM BEFORE) and my AC was out. Good thing I didn’t pay for the Sabotage. They broke my AC so I would have to call them back the next day, pay more “service fees” Plus repairs. The owner or manager was Rude, the Technician was Rude and didn’t know what he was doing. Mr. Alexander was Incredibly rude on the phone and disrespectful. The worst Servive Ever. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. I’m also reporting to the BBB and sharing my story with News Outlets.

Called three AC company's for a quote for my business including one that I bought a unit from for my home. No one gave me a price except for Mike who gave me a quote on the spot! I thought it was a fair price. Considering no one else got back with me(maybe because AC was still working) I went with Alexander. Glad I did. Very professional and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Thank you other AC guys for dropping the ball and introducing me to Alexander AC!
