First of all, there has never ever been any "knocking" in our AC unit this is how you know these people are Liars, but like the owner said we don't have any "common sense" that's what the owner told us, these were his words. There is no way you can hear knocking before the person exits the vehicle. Common Sense should tell you the difference between a humming sound versus a knocking sound. Ours was doing a humming sound, and I answered the door and I didn't hear knocking so where this mystery knock is coming from, I don't know. These people are liars, our system was working fine despite pre-existing issues, it was running and our house was cool (72 degrees), you left and after that suddenly the motor is out among whatever other sabotage that took place. Common Sense won't tell you that you're wrong, you all are dishonest people and you have the audacity to blame your poor customer service on your customers. Just like the other person said in their Review. you're Liars.

I have been doing business with Alexander Air Conditioning & Heating for at least 4 years now. I think their service is excellent. They are prompt and responsive. Always very helpful and they do what they say they are going to do.

The A/C stops working on a regular basis and they can never fix it. It's always a temporary fix. The most recent visit they made out, the repair man left it not working so I had to call again and wait for one of them to come out. This wouldn't have bothered me if they had not just visited earlier in the day. The ladies that answer the phone are really nice though.

Alexander Air Conditioning did a wonderful job at a fair price with professional people. I would use again and not bother with any other estimates as he blew them out of the water.

My AC problem was fixed in 15 minutes. the problem was identified and the part was retrieved and installed and the service call was the most reasonable of everyone I checked and I made the best choice
