We had our air handler installed many years ago. Since then we had issues and we called, they came out and fixed it, basically with a bandaid. With us not knowing we figured it was working for that time being. Years have past and we had several issues with our AC (freezing up, drip pan leaked and then had a moldy smell) so we had the coils cleaned. This was not the issue. Seems that when they installed our AC unit it is a 3 ton and they installed with 2 ton materials along with a 2 ton air return. It does not match up to each other. The base of where the unit sits on in our mini closet has mold around it and inside the drip pan area. It is horrible. I hope they read this to where they can contact me and see if we can get this fixed. Over the years we thought it was fixed right till we finally called someone and found our answers!!!! I am not one happy person!

They are so far one of the best maintenance team we have worked with, as property manager, we encounter in this times a lot of AC units not working properly, and they are always trying to go as soon as possible, their response is always on time great service, and great people!!!

These guys are great! Staff on the phone was nice and got some one out quickly. The tech that came to the house was very knowledgeable and professional. He did not have the part available after hours but made sure the system was up and cooling before he left that night. I am a customer for life.

They lied and blamed everything on the customer.

I filed a complaint at BBB, and have been dealing with this company to get my $100 back. They made false statement and blamed everything on me. I have evidence to prove they lied on their response. Long story short.

1.They talked about the $100 charge AFTER the estimate has been done. I paid them $100 becoz they made me believe i can get $100 if I choose them to install my A/C.
2. There is no reason I asked for technicians' personal numbers, because everyone knows if we need service, we have to call the company/dispatch first, they will arrange tech to your house base on their schedule. Yes, I DID NOT ask about it, they made it up to have a good reason to refuse my business.
3. The owner HUNG UP on me IMMEDIATELY before I can continue the conservation. The call ended in 4 minutes, how can I complain for 15 mins? By hanging up on the customer, I don't think anyone would think it is a polite/appropriate way to treat customers.

I called them to have a quote of replacing my current broken a/c yesterday, at first their customer service was really good, the owner, Michael called me back and said he can arrange a service technician to my house same day to do the estimate. TJ showed up, he is very professional, after getting the price , he stated the company's policy is to charge $100 for the estimate that I never heard from Michael before, but if I accept their service, they will make the $100 as a credit to my payment. I think it is fair coz they spend time to come over to explain the quote, so I paid $100 to them.

Today in the morning, Michael called me back to see if I have any questions, I really appreciate his call coz I did have couple more questions before I can make my decision. At this point, I need to make decision in between 2 companies, Alexander or the other one, both companies gave me excellent customer service. Finally I made decision to choose them to install my a/c, I tried to call their number, nobody can help me to get reach with Michael, so I called TJ, he gave me Michael's number to me, so I called him and tried to communicate with him and tell him my decision. I thanked him for his kindness and great service first, and when I talked about what I experienced this afternoon for getting reach with him and tried to seek for a better communication way in between him and I, HE ASKED ME TO GO FOR ANOTHER COMPANY, and HUNG UP the phone on me, it was unbelievable. I was shocked, very disappointed. Well, it's okay for me if you don't want my business, however there is no reason you got the $100 I paid for the estimate yesterday if you reject my business today. I called the service technician and asked for the $100 back, he said he is going to talk to Michael first and will call me back, it has been over an hour now, no phone calls still.

Their price might be a good deal, but the customer service is terrible, I was not rude or being angry while I was talking to the owner, I don't get why he can treat his customer like this. I found their commercial in yellow book, that's why I called them, don't believe anything on the commercial, this company has NO personal friendly service, NOT free estimate on installation, totally lie to their customers.

Very slow service. We never received a quote to fix our system after weeks of time. That makes for a very hot office! Ended up using another repair company and it was fixed that day. The part that was supposedly broken was fine, as well. They might just be very busy like everyone else right now.

After moving to Bradenton we priced several AC companies. Alexander Air traveled all the way over to Manatee County, and charged thousands less. The guys were great, and did an excellent job!

CALLED FOR A/C OUT. SERVICE MAN DAVID SHOWED UP ON TIME WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. WHEN I NEED SERVICE NEXT TIME I WOUILD LIKE DAVID TO BE THE ONE WHO COMES TO MY HOUSE. HE SUGGESTED A SEASON TUNE-UP FOR NEXT YEAR. I WILL LOOK INTO IT. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE DAVID. FRED

Alexander AC had helped my family out twice this summer. Tonight was the second time and they arrived within 30 MINUTES of calling. As expected, they identified the problem promptly and fixed it thoroughly. Very respectful staff and will call again. Thank you Alexander AC!!
