Our old A/C unit stopped working on a very warm Christmas Eve one year. The original company had already left for the holiday. Was able to reach Alexander Heating and Cooling and they had a technician at our home within an hour. Unit needed replacing. Even though they were scheduled to be closed, replaced unit the day after Christmas. Still service every year. Price is reasonable and technicians are professional. Would not consider another company.

I have used Alexander air both in a professional, and for personal HVAC work. Always on time and very professional personal. The technician is well trained and goes beyond to inform and assist the customer. This is a team of people oriented professionals. Keep up the good work

Today, I had a service call & my technician, David Quirk, was not only professional, but personable & explained my options to allow me to choose the most advantageous avenue for me.

I also went into the office to secure an odd size AC filter & Kathleen could not have been more helpful.

I have been a customer of Alexander Air for several years & have greatly appreciated their honest & forthright approach.

The customer service is horrible I had my ac installed by Alexander Air and when I had a freon leak I called them for service. John came out and did the work he stated that he could not get my ac in to a negative. What that means he did not find the leak. So he put the freon back in and said that they would have to come back out when it went low again. It was late in the day he wanted to go home.Two months later my ac is not cooling and when I called them again they want to charge me again to fix the problem they did not fix the first time. The price I was charged was 510 dollars.

To your response when I called you said there would be a service charge at a minimum. The problem I have is you will not acknowledge that you did not do the job correct. John left without getting the system into a vacuum and he told me this.

A year and a half ago I purchased a home and Alexander's Air was highly recommended as the ones to call to check out the system. They were extremely helpful on the phone, professional, honest and reliable. I was very impressed - system was cleaned and is running just fine - who will I call again - you got it ...... Keep up the great work!

I searched and searched for a reputable company to purchase an ac/heat pump unit from. I absolutely love how they handle business, professional, honest and friendly. The owner, Michael, even called not once, but twice to answer questions that my husband and I had. He explained everything in depth. The cost and warranty cannot be beat. I highly recommend Alexander!

Had the pleasure of meeting David Quirk yesterday when he responded to our home for an AC issue. Very professional, took the time to explain everything that he found and didn’t make me feel like he was trying to sell me some thing that wasn’t needed. Would definitely recommend David and Alexander A/C, will be requesting him for future service and repairs. It’s nice to know there are still honest businesses in our area.

My girlfriends AC completely froze up, and when I mean it froze......I mean solid block of ice. She has a 4 ton heat pump that’s 10yrs old. No way she could afford to replace it at this point. I’ve used Alexander AC before and always had good results. Waited maybe 2 hrs for the call from the office to tell me Skip was on his way. Btw, they call you and give you a heads up when the tech is coming.
Skip is one of the best. Don’t think he’d mind when I say this: Skip is “old school”. If you know what I mean. He found the problem and threw himself into it, so he wouldn’t run up the maintenance time(which means less money for the customer).

If you’re a homeowner, I’m sure you keep a list of phone numbers handy for when things go wrong. Add Alexander’s to that list. You can’t go wrong. Great customer service, knowledgeable techs and reliable. I’m completely satisfied with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
