AC Masters

I knew my 15+ AC unit was on it's last leg. I got a few quotes by pushy companies trying to upsell. I contacted AC Masters, spoke w Ken and he was out for a quote a few days later. No upwelling and great price on a Trane system.

Shefe and Ken arrived on time for installed. She's was very professional and worked non-stop on the installation.
We had a little hiccup... My Townhome is a middle unit w no access for the back except throughout my gate... Sounds simple... But it's a haul through the woods to get there. Ken and She's hauled it through and it's a take never to be forgotten.

Instllation went great, next day, follow-up w Adam. He checked everything out, made a few corrections. All set.

I would totally recommend AC Masters to anyone. Very professional, very thorough and did a fantastic job.

I have used AC Masters for over 15 years. I have also requested the same installer when a new unit was needed. They are GREAT, honest and efficient. Their price is not bad also!!!!

Bad capacitor ,quickly replaced and functioning properly. Technician (Adam) was very informative, demonstrated a high degree of knowledge and professionalism.

Technician was very patient and thorough and kept me informed throughout the tuneup process. Very professional demeanor.

Great people to work with…kept me informed and checked on progress throughout the entire installation. Followed back around afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything. That to me is personal service. You will not be disappointed.

We don't have much cold weather, but when you do you don't want a furnace motor to go down. Even though the unit wasn't purchased from this vendor, Ken & Billy showed up promptly, checked and found the part was under warranty, and completed the repair 100% to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this business for any of your HVAC needs.

Unprofessional and unreliable...that's how I would characterize this company. I've used them twice and both times the tech showed up much later than the scheduled time without anyone calling to let me know. The quality of work was substandard - hence, me having to use them a second time. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Have a follow up to FIX the leak and not just "patch it" like another company did and refused to warrant. Btw, got the exact same repair done for half the price. :) I would recommend them for trust and quality of work and honesty alone. #thanksacmasters :)

They came out to diagnose my AC losing power and did it very easily. I did not feel pressured about the service.

They did a great job of quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem with the AC, however the 20 minute visit cost $160?? With my discount for having a yearly cleaning and service. Too high.
