Dealt with several companies but I was impressed by the knowledge of technician, the service provided, his knowledge and explaining the cause and the option available going forward. After my call the technician came on time, called me when he was approaching the house, he was very professional. Very happy, will call them again if I need to.

We recently moved into our new home and Marco Heating and Air installed our system. When our drain was clogged the office put us on the schedule immediately and the technician called to say he was on the way. They were efficient and courteous and solved our problem so quickly! We would highly recommend them to family and friends for their expert AC care. Thanks so much for being there.

Marco was recommended by the Carrier 800 number I called as a company that could do warranty repair on my system. Marco was very responsive. They were courteous and professional on contact. They got the warrantied ordered quickly, put me on the schedule and arrived when they said they would with a 20 minute heads-up that they were on the way. Upon arrival they double-checked the problem, installed the part, re-checked the system operation, and got us back up in fairly short order. I'm very pleased and will be using them again.

The technician that arrived the other day was friendly, professional, and informative. This company is trustworthy, not trying to sell you something you don’t need. Called late Saturday afternoon because I had no air-conditioning, John came out Sunday morning, diagnose the problem and was in and out in no time. The cost was reasonable highly recommend. Important to get a good quick service in Florida.

Finally an AC company that does not seem to try to lie and squeeze every penny out of you. Any repairs in the future will be less stressful now that I found Marcos.

I recently purchased a resale home and contacted Marco to come out to service and educate me on the system. They scheduled me right away. The technician was great, he checked the unit and showed me the important things that I need to know for monthly maintenance. Very happy with Marco.

I have used Marco Heating and Air for the last 9 years. They are always responsive to my needs and do excellent work. They always call ahead to let me know they are on their way and the work is done quickly a done right the first time every time.

I’ve been using Marco for over four years and every one of their techs is terrific. Jimmy was out here yesterday as I purchased a new home and wanted Marco A/C to go over the system. I’m going to give Marco A/C an additional * just because of Jimmy.
