My upstairs unit wasn't cooling on hot Sunday afternoon. I called the emergency and a lady took my info and advised someone would call me back shortly. Mike called me within 15mins and we spoke about my issue. Mike arrive at home within 20 mins and fixed the issue. He was very professional explained what the issue was. We haven't had any issues since Mike repair.

Marco Air installed our A/C and heating system. We were concerned about air flow in the master bedroom but the technician arrived and assured us that proper airflow was being delivered to that room as well as other areas of our home. He was very professional and explained what we can expect while the system is in operation.

Mikey was really great! We turned our Lanai into a Sunroom, and needed to have Air conditioning in this new room. He created a designated Trunk Line in the current AC unit and two lines placed into the sunroom. Mikey did a perfect job cutting our the space for the ducts. He worked in very hot tempertures in the attic, and did an amazing job. We are thrilled with his attitude, his expertise, and knowledge. Thank You MARCO Air!

To sound corny on purpose...we had the Coolest experience with Marco Heating & Air. To begin the great customer service experience was Misty. She is funny, knowledgeable and genuine. I felt listened to and that she cared about our AC issue as I did. She went out of her way to find a solution so that we could get our AC fixed. She is definitely a big asset to the company. Mark came out today and fixed our AC with efficiency and professionalism. Our house is comfortable to be in once again. While there are many choices in Jax for this service I will continue to call on Marco Heating & Air.

I rarely write reviews but this company deserves one, businesses that care are hard to find in today’s society. I had Marco heating and air replace my entire a/c and heating system 6 months ago. From first contact I received nothing less then punticual and professional service with an affordable price. All the employees I have encountered at Marco all deserve credit for this amazing company. After 6 months trouble free I am a satisfied customer and today Misty an employee went out of her way to help me with a filter and she exemplifies Marco heating and air. I will always use them for all my needs.
