Great service! The were very efficient knowledgeable and willing to come right away to help. He needed more part to fix our problem, but find a way to give us a temporary fix until they come back.

My AC service on 6/30 stopped. The outside temperature was 97*…heat index 107. I called AC Masters. Within one hour I had a service technician. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts to be installed . The next morning July fourth weekend he installed the parts and my AC was restored. The company’s response was so overwhelming that it’s hard to convey. I found the AC company that will service my needs for as long as I live. Thank you AC Masters!!!

From start to finish AC Masters delivered what they promised in the most professional and friendly way. We received a quick and accurate quote with prompt follow up. Our installation was challenging but the installers did not hesitate. Afterwards, everything was cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they had been there. We purchased a new unit from AC Masters and nearly a year later we can’t believe that we can keep the AC at 77 degrees and still feel cool in the house. Saves $$ and is consistently comfortable in the house vs turning on and off all day to cool off the house. Worth every cent.

I had them come to “clean” my ac vents. When I asked if I could see before and after they assured me I can. When the technician arrived and I told him I wanted to see before and after he said okay no problem then proceeded to tell me that he’s only taking one vent off and “vacuuming the whole system” he didn’t even close the other vents so how is that even creating a tight seal and this is assuming that this process would work. The one vent he put the machine over he didn’t cover the vent the whole way, only half. Then went and sat in his truck for 15-20 mins while this machine “sucked everything out” when I told him I wasn’t sure this was going to work he kind of forced me into continuing anyway telling me “it needed to be done” when he came in my home with the machine and I reminded him that I wanted to see before and after. He says okay and then asks where the main ac is held and starts taking it apart “to check it” not sure what he was checking for but he left the FUSE out of it and on the floor underneath our hot water heater.’if I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Total scam and ripoff..!!! Do not use these people to “clean” your ducts in your home. Waste of $100 because I promise I watched the machine the whole time it was on and never seen even a penny size amount of dust come out of their hose attached to the machine. Just horrible..!!! Also, this business is not BBB accredited, I found out after using them. I will be filing complaint with BBB if issue isn’t resolved

Ken, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. His technician, Joseph, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything and a reasonable estimate was offered. A replacement of my damaged condenser was completed in one day. All work was done well and a warranty given, just in case. All-in-all a great experience. I appreciate everything AC Masters did for me and recommend them highly !

I had a new heating/AC unit installed. I got a great price for a Trane AC/heating system. They were on time, knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied with this service. I felt like I got personalized service from this company.

AC Masters installed a new heating and AC unit. They were professional and finished the job within five hours. They left our home as clean as when they entered it. The price of the system was thousands less than competitors.
